The owner, Susie, and trainer, Crystal, welcomed me heartily and were cognizant of my limitations maximizing the benefits of the session. The studio is open, clean and serene. The classes I…read morego to are Barre and Bend and Chill and it is my favorite when they are scheduled back to back. The instructors are so kind and amazing! Corissa is my go to instructor but you can't go wrong with any of these amazing people. Bend and Chill is by far my favorite class at Afterglow because it really helps me reflect and meditate after a long day, week, or whatever it may be. I take a picture of my mindfulness card at every Bend and Chill class to help me continue to grow and focus on healing!

Almost all of the classes are all-levels, but there are some teachers who will make you sweat a bit more. Stay by the door and wear shorts if you're not looking for all the heat. Bring a towel (your mat may get slippery) and a water bottle; try a few teachers and see who you vibe with. No one cares if you take a ton of breaks, so it's low stakes to try it out.

After a few months they unfroze my membership's and tried to charge me for another month. Seeing this i contacted them and requested to cancel my membership. I was then informed I had to pay for that month and a late fee! For something I didn't use at all. I have received repeated harassing phone calls text messages and emails from this studio trying to bully me into paying for something I never used. This is so disappointing as i was going to go back to this studio. I would recommend another studio with Honest billing polices this place is predatory

Her facility is always clean, organized and gives you a feeling of zen. She also was very careful during all covid-related protocols during that timeframe and had great respect for all of her clientele. I go to Laura for her waxing services which she is always amazing, on time and makes it as "pain free" as possible with her expertise, products and chatting to help distract me. A huge point of her clientele is massages and holistic healing in terms of muscles. She does a variety of massages including Thai and therapeutic for different time intervals. Everyone leaving their appointments always look relaxed, comfortable and relieved. She also hosts group yoga and yin (time, space and gentle compressions to release blockages as well as guided meditation.) which are popular. Laura is amazing at what she does and truly values her client relationships - would always recommend her!

However, every instructor has found ways to adapt certain exercises and movements to reduce my pain. If you need to ease up to a pose or want to try for more of a challenge. The space is ample and simple, parking is plentiful and easy to get to and the location can't be beat.
