Ryan was super helpful and took time to guide me through printing copies of land surveys. It was honestly so simple so I felt a little dumb afterwards, be he assured me I wasn't the only one who got confused with the larger printer. It was super cool and something I wasn't positive that they could do here. There's so many services offered that I could list but it's better to check the website because I know I'll miss some. I don't ship packages very often because I mainly receive them but I needed to send a package to TX. I thought the woman who was helping me was doing a great job until later that found out she would have wasted a 1-1/2 drive for the recipient of the package. In case you don't know you can ship a package to a person who is temporarily living somewhere with out a permanent legal there because places like Walgreens or Dollar General are available to receive a package for a person. So I give the zip code of where I want the package to go and she says the nearest location is a Walgreens in so and so town and since I'm not familiar with TX I thought that is was close to my zip code. Turns out it was 45 minutes away from the location I wanted it to go. Thankfully the recipient contacted FedEx and had it rerouted to a Dollar General down the street so that 1-1/2 round trip drive was avoided. read more

I had an exemplary experience here. Came in to get some things printed. I was immediately greeted and was able to email them the items I needed printed. They directed me to their work stations so I could send the email. Once the email was sent, I was able to choose the paper and then she got it printed for me in no time. The clerk was able to adjust some settings so that one of the items (that I needed several copies of) could be fit four to a page (saving me a bundle). And, then cut the pages for me to boot! Plus, she was able to get me signed up for a program which landed me 10% off. Nice! They're in a new facility. It's large, has work stations, the usual shipping options, print station, as well as an area with fun items for purchase (wireless phone chargers, speakers, charging cords, and the like). All in all, I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating experience. Get to it! read more

I took an important letter that needed to be delivered to AllState on January 8, 2022. I have been calling AllState because my claim hasn't been fully processed. Come to find out, the letter was supposed to been delivered by January 11, 2022. After tracking it I got these messages: Updated delivery: Pending and No scheduled delivery date available at this time. When I asked three times why it hasn't been delivered, every single time I didn't get an answer, just kept getting the run around. Then was told that it would be delivered by this Thursday, January 20th. Supposedly I'm getting a call explaining the delay before Thursday. Not very impressed by this location. read more

Yo, I can't tell you anything about printing or copying services. With the availability and cost effectiveness of home printers, I was surprised this former Kinko's still existed. What I can tell you is that I walked in comp shopping some shipping supplies so I can sell some wares on eBay and I was delighted by their vast selection and reasonable costs. The prices here were much more reasonable than the "big box" office supply store up the street. Because of this, I actually bought some supplies here. I remember way back in the day I paid to use the internet here instead of, you know, using it for free at one of the 50 libraries in a 3 mile radius. God I was a dumb kid... Service was a little slow, but that's to be expected at a shipping place a few days before XMas. The workers looked a little tired but came as quick as they could and they were also pleasant. I have had several bad experiences here, and today was no different. My husband could not get our home printer to print, so I sent a pattern I wanted to the FedEx Office store online. I specifically requested black and white print on card stock. When I arrived, the person quickly found my prints but when he pulled them out, they were in color and on regular paper. He asked if those would work. Umm... no. I was using them for a pattern to cut fabric from and stick pins into... I needed the card stock for the durability. He pulled out the paperwork and looked--I had indeed selected card stock and black-and-white. He took them back and handed them to the employee that I assume made the mistake. I heard him muttering something about the incorrect copies being better. I must mention the only part in color was the title--something I was going to cut off anyway. I was annoyed he was talking about me, so I asked him if he ever cut out fabric out from a pattern. He sarcastically said, "All the time." We went back and fourth for awhile and I was getting really perturbed with his obnoxious attitude. I don't think it is unreasonable to get what you ordered for and paid for!! Like I said above, this is not the first time I have had trouble (and attitude) from this place. Go elsewhere!! read more

Just had a marvelous experience working with this store! I had a rush job that needed to be just right. I'm on the other side of the country in Los Angeles so I gave them a call. Sheryl listened to me, heard all my needs and timeline and told me how we could make it happen. I emailed the artwork to her and she said it would be done by end of day no problem. The price was lower than I expected and the order was ready in just a couple of hours! Not only did they do an excellent job, the order was delivered ahead of schedule and alleviated all my stress.
