I was in Valencia and decided to stop by this office as it was convenient at the time. I was quoted a dollar amount for the card I added, then received the statement and it was higher. I thought "No big deal". I'll call to check why it's higher. I called this office to speak to the rep that helped me that day and the voice mail said he was out of the office a couple of days and to speak to another gentleman. So I called and this guy said "yeah John Doe" hahaha will be back next week. Ok, I called the following week and his voice mail was still the same "I'll be back Tuesday", I was like "shouldn't he be back?" I called and left messages on both extensions and still no response.
