I paid for that scan, and I was trying to make an informed decision about a significant dental procedure. Instead, I found myself unable to get other specialists the information they needed to fully evaluate my case. Whether intentional or not, the result was the same: it made getting a second opinion far more difficult than it should have been. My advice to anyone considering treatment here: if they take imaging, ask for a copy before you leave the office. Do not assume it will be sent later if you decide to seek another opinion. Patients deserve access to their own diagnostic information and the ability to explore treatment options without obstacles. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Since that fateful day, I have gone back every time I needed a filling (okay, fillings. Lots of fillings) or any other dental problems I've had over the years. I also really need to mention why I returned time and time again: everyone here is a fabulous and friendly person! For me, someone who is quite a pain at the dentist and makes their job 10x harder, they try to make me as comfortable as they can and work with me to get the job done. I'm actually very sad that I no longer live in New Hampshire because it means that I have to find a new dentist. My heart is still broken because I miss the beautiful faces of Krothapalli Family Dental.
