Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. They sell absolute trash. Sold my son a 15 Ford Mustang in September. He's driven it just over a thousand miles and has had nothing but problems. Took it to our local Ford dealership and they diagnosed it as TRASH. IT NEEDS A NEW ENGINE. Just out of curiosity I contacted Jeremy the sales manager to see if they would do anything about the crap they sold my son. Nope. Not even close. Wouldn't even present scan documents that JEREMY said they did on the car and I'm sure those documents prove that the car was TRASH when they sold it to us. Next. I actually felt like a real person going to talk to another normal person about buying a car. They weren't pushy, listened to what I needed, and were willing to work with my trade in. Even though they are used cars, it seemed they had a lot to look through. I ended up getting a 2017 Jeep, but really like the highlander too. Both had low miles and there was a guarantee so if something happens, I can take it back in. I was pleasantly surprised. I really like Melba too. My advice is ask for Henry!! read more

If your looking at buying one their vehicles for the lifetime warranty don't waste your time it's a joke. At first they tried denying my warranty because I was missing one maintenance record and then they wanted credit card records to go along with the maintenance records. They wound up denying my claim anyways because I put different wheels and tires on the vehicle along with a leveling kit. I've bought 2 vehicles from this dealership this year and it will be my last. If a company is going to market a lifetime warranty they need to back it. read more

The truck i've bought from them has had the check engine light come on 5 times now and they continue to make excuses to not fix it and have been taking advantage of me. This happened to me today. After work I drove to Pelham Al. to look at a truck. Yesterday I confirmed with Susan Schein Automotive that the truck was available before I drove 4 hours to Pelham. I get to the dealership at 8 am before they open and Shep and I decided to look for the truck. While Shep and I were looking for the truck a salesman drove into the parking lot and asked us if we needed help. I tell him I'm looking for a 2004 Ford F-250 that I am going to look at today with a salesman named David. This is where it starts to get good the salesman in the car pulls what I thought was the ole I have some coming by today to look at that truck. So, I kind of brush that off and head back to my truck while I wait for the dealership to open. Then I noticed the salesman man looking out the doors and pacing back and forth until a truck comes pulling in and the salesman runs out meets them and behold off they go for a test drive in the very truck I went to buy. My husband & I were in the market for a new car (with a trade in, I might add). We called this location at 9 a.m. this morning (7/30), to set up an appointment to test drive & possibly finance a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8. The listing advised that the car was going through inspection & price was subject to change.. (One would think this would indicate the car is new, if it is listed as "going thru inspection). However, that was not the case. We drove over 100 miles to our appointment for the associate, DeLorean to act nonchalantly about the car & ultimately tell us the car is no longer at the dealership due to a motor defect. Also, associate Kayla tells us that the vehicle was sold over 2 weeks and the listing is trying to be removed. I say all of this to say, the information given was contradicting and very UNPROFESSIONAL. The associate had a 5+ hour window to cancel our appointment or give us a courtesy call to let us know the vehicle was no longer an option. read more

Visited the location in McCalla. They tried to sell us a wrecked car. I asked was it wrecked...the reply was no. The second car had a cracked battery with acid everywhere after they assured me it had went through their service department. I was contacted by the manager from the Pelham location who assured me that they would work and make me happy. They knew I had no.money down. They showed me two cars...checked my.credit...called the next day asking for $1500 down. They said they would look for other cars and contact us by end of business day. Crooked sales tactic games. Another lie. The manager did not follow through on his word. Getting people's hopes up and then playing games with people's emotions. They showed us an unrealistic sale and then they are going to look for a piece of junk to sell us. It's called THE HOOK AND BAIT sales tactic. I am not one to by played around with. read more
