Due to my circumstances it was somewhat of a crisis for me. I had my vehicle towed to JR's shop. Simply put, it was the best decision I could have made. JR was quick, but thorough in his diagnosis of my problem, very understanding of my situation as well. When he received the parts we ordered for replacement, he was very honest and up front about how the quality of the replacement parts did not meet his standard, and he was not ok with putting them in my vehicle. JR explained a couple of alternatives for me, and helped me find a solution. They replaced the cabin filter for $84.52 (labor $34.50, filter $50.02). I owned an auto repair business for 21 years and know when I'm being over charged. Their prices are way too high. They claim they have all certified mechanics. The one who did my oil and filter change was just a kid and I find it hard to believe he was certified in any auto service. If you don't mind paying twice what a service should cost, by all means go to them. I value my money too much. They won't see me again.

So my sister called AAA to get a tow. While on the phone with them they recommended this shop so since they recommended it as one of their shops we got it towed there. Big Mistake!!! Well when we got there they was closing so the guy came out and ask what was wrong with it and we told him that the heating hose needed to be replaced remind you we open the hood and showed him and he could see the antifreeze was leaking out on the ground so he told us to fill out form telling what wrong with it and drop it in the night box so we did, he said they would call in the morning this was Thursday so Friday we waited an waited no call... so I called and he said he haven't got a chance to look at it and would call before the end of the day but he didn't. So I called an ask if they was open on Saturday and he said no...smh. So Monday he called and said it was going to be 583.00 and I said wow just to replace the hose and antifreeze really!!! I asked him to give me a breakdown on the cost and the man said first there is a $100 for a diagnostics test I said I did not ask nor did you tell me that you had to do one, I told you what I needed done so there no need for that test then went on to say both hoses need to be replaced and coolant fitting for both and antifreeze (x3.00) long story short two hoses and coolant fitting and dex-cool antifreeze (he called it )the parts was $267.00 that was for one the other hose was $177.61 I said wow say what? So I told him I was not able to get that done and I was going to call him back he said ok. I called back and told him I was going to get it towed home, and he informed me that I would have to pay for the diagnostics test and it would be $115 I said you said it was $100 yesterday and you didn't tell me that you was or had to do a test before you ran one and this man said that the $15 was for the supplies we used for the test...long story short I payed it to get my truck!!! This shop is robbing people! I feel they was so so wrong how they did me I will never ever go back there and I will tell everyone I know or run into how they will rob you. They suck!!! And yes I'm mad how they did me, but one day they probably going to rob the wrong person. I don't see how they sleep at night knowing how they do people!!!
