Surprise Surprise, they deducted money from our account WITHOUT our consent. Their excuse? "Oh, well, you signed documentation stating that we could withdraw from your account until this is paid in full" When I asked about our payment arrangement, they stated that "it didn't matter anymore, we have the payment." I should have took heed when I went by this office and she was only opened by appointment only and there was not a lot of people knocking down the door to get insurance through this office/company. Let me Explain what happened. I was off my game this day back in September 2013 and forgot I had an older vechle and signed up for a high ass :fujll coverage Policy with a high deductible. However,when I got home I read the Policy and was not what I needed and too expensive. So, I contacted Ms Bales and left her a phone message that I was not interested in the Policy and wished to cancel. Did I mention she was only opened by appointment. She never called me back so, I cancelled my easy pay and down-payment with the bank. Allstate tried in one day 7-times to retrieve money from my bank account. I contacted their Corporate office who said no more easy pay would come out of my account and cancelled the Easy Pay (Liars). They still tried for months to collect through Easy Pay. Ms Bales contacted me wondering where the Money was. I reminded her I cancelled the Policy. She states why I told her why and she insisted she try to get me a lower policy. She stated since the "Policy Never Began", we'd have to re-write another policy. She said she would get back to me with another rate and NEVER did!! She strung me along for 2 months. I finanally went to another insurance company. However, to date, Allstate is trying to collect $300.55 from me for something I do not owe. And, check this out.....because with their company they have a rule that "You must have insurance with another insurance company before you can leave ALLState".!! (Its like making a contract with the Devil). i Had insurance with another company and am still fighting them and they sent me to collections. In speaking with friends they told me they too had problems with this company similar to mine and they say once you sign up with them they don't want to let you go and continue to charge you and retain you as a customer. THEY SUCK!! and Winnie Bales will do nothing to help you.

I have a six month auto policy and I get a discount for having my renter's policy with Farmer's as well. About a month or so prior to each auto policy renewal, they do a renewal of your policy to see if and where they can save you money and call or e-mail to set up a meeting with John so you can discuss. The girls in the office get paperwork out fast and everything usually works pretty seamlessly. I know there are cheaper insurance companies, but I don't want a cheap insurance company, I want a quality insurance company, and an agent I enjoy working with. When I get into a car accident, not only do I have a 24-hour claims number I can call, but I can always call the office here and ask them questions and they are always happy to help. That's great business!
