My transaction was riddled with difficulties on the seller's end (bizarro demands for "upgrades" despite the "as is" contract they signed) and Richard really kept me calm. He knew exactly how to handle things, worked really well with the seller's attorney and kept me posted every step of the way. I also was able to get exactly what was agreed upon initially (despite the insane upgrade requests) without having to kill the deal- which I had little hope for, but Richard reassured me would work out. There were no hidden or extra fees (and I thought his fees were very reasonable). Also, I asked for him to quote me a maximum, because I just wanted an idea of worst case scenario...and all his scenarios and fees made sense and he stuck to them. I called him a lot and he was always there to talk to me, personally. Yes,you read correctly: personally. I'm still shocked at how much attention I got.
