I met with Suzanne over a year ago after I had read great reviews. Our wedding was this past weekend. She was fabulous! Even fixed something that could have been a BIG problem. I don't know much about flowers, just the certain ones that I like and the colors that I wanted. She did my brother's wedding in between our meeting and my wedding. The flowers were beautiful, which made me that more excited that I chose her for my own. The only problem was that somewhere there was a blip in communication. When the flowers were delivered by 2 of her staff, the maid of honors bouquet was missing! 2 hours before the wedding and we are missing a bouquet! I'm pretty mellow so I was trying to think of other options, like her using the throw bouquet. Trying to be resourceful, while in the meantime calling Suzannes office, my Dad must have caught the ladies on the way out because they came back and made a beautiful bouquet using a few of the flowers from the church displays. I could not believe how quickly and nicely it was whipped up! You also could not even tell the church displays were changed. I don't know how the mistake or miscommunication happened, whether it was my end or hers but either way they stepped up and saved the day! I highly recommend this florist for your wedding! Susanne really worked with me to create my bridal bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets right in my budget, which I was very conscious of . She also showed me the sizes the bouquets would be so I would not be surprised on my wedding day. On the actual wedding day, everything was delivered early and ready to go. The bouquets were in water which was really nice. The ceremony flowers were also very beautiful. Very great experience. Susanne was a wonderful person to work with. She walked me and my maid of honor through everything without any hassling (we went to one florist beforehand and, on top of everything else that raised red flags for us, they hounded us about certain aspects of our floral arrangement that they swore we should've had). And when the grand total got to be more than what we were expecting, she went through and helped switch out the more expensive flowers with just as pretty (but cheaper) alternatives. The flowers came on time, they were gorgeous -- better than I could've expected. The only reason I give a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that they missed a small detail that was added last minute anyway. It's not something that bothers me in the least, but I know how important every minute detail can be for a bride, so I know it's important to let people know so they can make the most informed decision they can. read more

I have contacted the vendor and have not heard back. Shameful. I used them for my wedding this month. The roses in my bridal bouquet were wilting and had many noticeable brown spots, specifically on the white stephanotis. I had asked for pale pink and did not get that in my bouquet. There were specific photos we looked at and discussed. No actual flowers in the consultation, which means I trusted the good reviewed. Bride Beware. On my wedding day, for a bouquet costing a couple hundred dollars this was unacceptable. My grooms boutonnière was wilting and did not match the contract we agreed on. I am shocked that the bride and groom's flowers who were most photographed and important were in such bad shape. This was noticeable upon delivery. My face just fell when I was handed the bouquet before my first look with my groom. The floral wrap was wet way past where the stems ended which created a messy appearance on the bridal wrap. The wrap was pieces of my grandmothers dress (which they charged me extra for to iron(!)). For a vendor that was has good reviews, I expect much better. Additionally, never met Susanne. My final meeting was stressful as they wanted to deliver early to my venue which I had to go out of my way to arrange. They had a lot of deliveries that day I was told. I believe they made my bouquet and some of the other florals the day before which resulted in a poor appearance. read more

We used susanne's flowers for our centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnières. They were spectacular! They were recommended by our venue Searles Castle. My husband and I met with Susanne to go over our centerpieces and she patiently sat there and had us look through books of centerpieces to pick out what we liked. My husband liked the more chaotic crazy centerpieces whereas I liked more of the uniformed round pieces. She took both our ideas and personalities and put together these beautiful centerpieces. They were gorgeous. All our guests spoke highly of the flowers (and most ppl don't even pay attention to them)! The colors she picked worked perfectly with our wedding color scheme. Susanne has such a beautiful creative mind when it comes to flower arrangements. We were very much satisfied with her work! And I love love love my bouquet. She added a personal touch of jasmine flowers with pearls in them for my grandma. It was beautiful. She also worked within our budget and helped cut down costs without cutting down the quality. I went in wanting certain flowers like orchids, calla lilies, (the expensive stuff), etc and she incorporated other flowers that were in season to make it budget friendly and still kept them gorgeous. Honestly, we went in just to do our centerpieces and were going to do our bouquets ourselves to cut down costs, but after meeting with Susanne and seeing her work, we decided to go for everything else. After traveling over an hour to get to her Hampstead shop, I arrived to find out that she had made an error and had booked someone else for my time. She asked if I could wait 4 hours, and then see her for an appointment. She never asked for my name, phone number, and did not seem very apologetic. Our meeting with Susanne was wonderful; she provided a lot of options to go with our ideas. I did feel it was a bit pricey. All changes to the order must be made in advance. I called them to edit our order as we had a few more readers and realized one corsage needed to be exchanged for another flower. At this point, we discussed the option of adding roses to the centerpieces and of the cost to create a cake topper. I was told I would get back to them if I decided to change my mind. When I called a week before my wedding to confirm, they had already added the roses and cake topper to my order without my final authorization. I was told I could use this credit towards my mirror and candle rental pickup and decided to keep the roses because what was I going to do with the credit? I never authorized this and felt a little taken but did not want to get overly stressed. The day of my wedding my flowers, bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres were beautiful. One mistake was the centerpiece vases were supposed to have ribbon on them and they didn't. No one knew but my husband and I but that still put me off that I had paid for flowers I didn't want and didn't get the ribbons I did want. I'd recommend Susanne's as the quality of flowers was beautiful. Be very cautious with any edits, I'm sure it was a miscommunication/misunderstanding but no bride wants to be stressed or hit up for extra cash a week before her wedding. read more

Susanne did the flowers for my Oct 13 wedding, and they came out beautifully. We had all our bouquets, bouts, centerpieces (tall and short) and ceremony flowers done by her. The only issue I had was that they messed up my mom's corsage -- she had ordered red flowers for her wrist, and they delivered white flowers (matching the bouts) for her to pin on. Luckily, the delivery girl had a wrist band in the van, and turned it into a corsage, but I was still upset that my mom had flowers that didn't stand out at all. I kind of thought this might happen, because each time I talked with someone at Susanne's, they seemed to forget one thing or another. All their notes were taken in pen, and crossed out and written over when changes were made. It seemed a bit unorganized. BUT, everything turned out fine in the end. The flowers were beautiful and we were charged what I thought was a very low price, for the amount we got. read more
