I called two days before my sisters Birthday and Leith Flower shop was able to assist with very personable , informative and wonderful service . Tammy was the nice lady who assisted me on the phone and she was very personable , and answered all my inquires quickly and efficiently... I was so happy . She was very knowledgeable in all the types of flowers and arrangements they offered ... I had a few special requests and Tammy gladly accommodated my requests .... the birthday arrangement was simply stunning with beautiful vibrant flowers .... you can also add different types of chocolates with your order ... I chose the truffle box of chocolates . Leith Flower shop also has balloons and stuffed animals for those special occasion celebrations . I specified the delivery date for 10 days out. The arrangement was very beautiful and my sister loved them. The only problem is they were delivered a week early (10/11 instead of my requested 10/18). She was home on the 11th and they were perfect so, hey, mistakes happen. I just sent a quick email to let them know what happened. End of story, right? Nope...today 10/18 a delivery person showed up with a small bouquet and even sang happy birthday to her! Many thanks to a business that knows what customer satisfaction is all about. A very nice lady came to us immediately and asked us if we needed help with anything. We said we saw the sign for eggs and she said she'd be right back and proceeded to the back of the store. She was gone for 5 or so minutes only to return with two dozen of very fresh eggs that seemed to have been taken right from the coop. We had two of the eggs that night and they were excellent. $4 for a dozen of fresh eggs ...can't beat it.
