He is very reliable, can 9 times out of 10 help you out in a bind or last minute situation, and is very responsive to all emails/texts/calls. We have let him stay in our house for days, dog walk, and even make a quick trip to pick our dogs up from day care and get them back to the house. Pricing is extremely reasonable, and he offers discounts for things that most people would not even think to do. He sends you an invoice via email and you can pay it via Paypal, which is extremely convenient. Lastly, my pup Bentley ADORES him. All I have to say is, "Bentley, 'Nesto is coming!" and he freaks out. To me, that proves how great he is with the dog. He has experience as a vet tech, so I trust him and occasionally ask his opinion when my dog has something going on. I know that in the event something happened to one of my pups while we were away, they would be in great medical hands as well. His business is now thriving even in the year or so I have worked with him, and there is no doubt as to why. He comes very highly recommended by myself and my husband, and we could not be happier with Ernesto's phenomenal service.

But because the overall grooming by Tracey was good. I accepted their apology. Her lashes are still growing out. Today I took my dog back to be groomed specifically asked again NOT to cut her lashes! When I pick her up I notice that one is much longer than the other . The owner calls me to apologize and relay that the groomer Sheldon said " he was very mindful of her lashes and they were uneven from before". I don't believe that at all! It's too obvious (see the pictures) that he cut it and doesn't want to admit it. I love to support black women owned businesses but the lack of accountability is not cool. And oddly she was okay with losing a customer.

My pup was groomed twice by the same mobile groomer and twice got a serious staph infection…read more Multiple visits to his regular vet is and hundreds of dollars later as well as one Midnight ER visit, this mobile groomer caused so much grief for my pup. He needed a specialist. The attention paid to all of my concerns by Coastal Veterinary was off the charts by the appointment scheduler/office staff person as well as the Doc. The veterinarian assistant was less than interested, but the Doc made up for his lack of compassion for my boy. He is all healed and loving his 14th year of life. The goal was topical treatments and no medications due to his age. Coastal Veterinary was spot on with their treatment plan. I just wish they would move closer to Houston, like inside the Loop!

We just got the ok to taper his immunotherapy to now every 10 days. Things are looking good for our big boy and we are incredibly blessed for Dr. Rossi!
