His shop has a variety of corals, fish, and some inverts along with lots of equipment available as well. I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

Great CS, right? NOT!!! I expressed my dissatisfaction and he then just quit writing - yet charged my CC for the full amount next day. A $30 dollar fix will cost them 100's if not 1,000's in negative PR.

Included with the self wash, you will receive a basket with some shampoo, conditioner, a towel, and a shed brush. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the tubs, as well as the grooming area, were very clean. They also have a drying vacuum to dry your dog, however because of how loud it was my dog refused to let me dry him. It was still a great experience overall! I will definitely be returning. Also, the self wash closes an hour before the store in order for them to sanitize and clean the tubs, o I suggest coming in earlier.

My 5 star review is for the customer service itself. Retail wise, we get all of our pet supplies here and I've never been disappointed.
