Literally the worst sushi I've ever had. My dog actually refused it. Plus the wasabi had no flavor or spice.

The furniture is very simple and has an IKEA style to it. Each table has some form of kids game on it which is great if you bring little ones. There's a large tv in the corner that has a K-pop channel on and it's loud enough that I couldn't sit at the table below it and hear anyone else. We ordered two combos (the sashimi combo and the spicy roll combo). The wait was very reasonable and when our order was done one of the employees signaled us. The sushi looked good. And I was excited. But I wasn't interested in eating there. It just felt more like a quick lunch spot. So we packed up our wine (which they provided nice wine glasses for) and decided to head home. We sat down and dug in. The quantity was great. Nice looking sushi without any blemishes and the sashimi cuts were nice and thick. The flavor wasn't there on the sashimi. The salmon was on the edge of frozen in the middle making me wonder if it was frozen and hadn't fully thawed. This would also account for the bland flavor. The price was reasonable but the sushi wasn't great from perspective. You may have a better experience than I did. I'm just sharing what it was like for me.

The interior is super clean, bright, and welcoming, making it a great spot for a quick bite or takeout. Definitely a new go-to for sushi in the area. Highly recommend checking them out!

They have the two most important elements that make for outstandingly excellent sushi, and even more exciting, poke; those are extremely fresh fish and ingredients and a small, little, family-owned atmosphere with a great attitude and care that can only be administered by a small place like this. The bowls of poke are bright and beautiful, with all the wonderful ingredients and sauces you can imagine. Not only do you have the ability to make them any way you see fit, they showcase their regular customers' orders as named specials on the wall so that you can order what others have enjoyed thoroughly, and maybe find something exciting and new! Unfortunately, during my initial visit here, I did not snap any photos of the poke bowl, but on my second trip, I was feeling in more of a sushi mood, and managed to get a picture of my sushi box! I love that they pack in actual yuzu leaves for flair and flavor, and everything has variety from the chef's choice and still maintained the absolute freshness that I had expected from my first time here. I will be returning here whenever I am nearby and cannot say enough about how wonderful this little place is. From what I have seen, it is a husband and wife alone that manage Toyota, with occasional other staff to help, but they are excited and eager to help and get you whatever you need, and to build lasting relationships with people that come in the door. They are trying to build that extended family that sets a small restaurant apart and doing a great job of it through their unrivaled mastery of the poke bowl. So do yourself a favor and stop into this tiny, almost unnoticeable strip mall, and make this home yours.

Everything is fresh and delicious and I love that poke toppings are unlimited. I will probably never stop going! I was going to include a photo but I've never taken one before devouring my entire bowl!

Inside were shrimp shumai, gyoza, Chili Korean Bao, a two-protein poke burrito stuffed with crab meat and spicy tuna, plus a spicy tuna roll and a spicy scallop roll. This is more food than any two people strictly need, which is one of civilization's finer achievements. The good news: nothing was bad. Not a single bite asked to be forgiven. The shrimp shumai were the clear overachievers: plump, warm, and reassuring, like a friendly lecture from someone who actually did the reading. The spicy scallop roll was their equal, delivering that perfect balance of heat and sweetness that makes you briefly optimistic about the future of humankind. The poke burrito was ambitious, a bold little manifesto wrapped in rice and seaweed. Crab meat and spicy tuna got along just fine, though the whole affair leaned more toward "good" than "revelation." The spicy tuna roll was solid and dependable, like a Midwestern uncle who always shows up on time. The gyoza and Chili Korean Bao did their jobs honorably, though neither demanded a standing ovation. Everything arrived intact, flavorful, and prepared by people who seemed to care, always a comfort in an indifferent universe. Four stars, then, because perfection is suspicious and because it's nice to leave something to strive for tomorrow.
