There was a waitress and 2 sushi chefs, and the plates each came out one at a time, with a full 10 minutes between each one. (Admittedly, there were lots of Uber Eats to go orders) The food itself was pretty unremarkable - the fish tasted like cheap frozen fare and the hand roll fell apart before it even reached my table (see photo).
