Spicy Salmon + eggplant sushi pizza. Also a must try!

We are from California, and we honestly did not expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sushi here! Everything was well presented and tasted amazing! The food portions were small but since it is a buffet, we were able to try everything we liked. The server was very friendly and wonderful! We had such a great experience eating here! We do not speak French but he was able to speak bilingually which helped us greatly. This place is definitely recommended. We will drop by again the next time we are in Quebec City!

Lots of sushi, spicy salmon pizza and beef udon

Really good sushi for all you can eat! Order comes out really fast and it is very reasonably priced at $17 for lunch and $25 for dinner. More options are available for dinner such as sashimi and that's the reason for the increase in price at night. There is a charge for any food wasted though and so it makes for a more stressful experience as you try to eat everything you ordered.

Good location and big dinning area, sushi is good. Lots of choice, the green salad needs improvement , the vegetables are not fresh.

Friendly waiters/staff speak english, menus come in english. Waitress was patient in explaining special all you can eat and options they have. Had crispy dragon roll it was amazing and fresh!! Fried udon beef noodle was delish as well as miso soup! Total was less than $20!! Loved that part too :) gave 4 stars wish would stay open longer they close at 9:00pm

Give this place a 4 stars. Fresh food with lots choices. My favourite goes to its grilled salmon belly. Service is fast and good. Orders are accurate. The only one item I was disappointed with was its ramen. I ordered ramen and wished for the thin good quality noodles with tasty pork/chicken soup but it was udon noodle and the soup was basically water with soy sauce. Recommend this place and will try their lunch next time.

You had me at all-you-can-eat. Not the worlds greatest sushi, but definitely worth the price!! You won't be disappointed!

Le Champlain was a really memorable brunch experience during our trip to Quebec City. The Sunday…read morebrunch buffet is a splurge, but worth it for a special occasion. Some of our favorite dishes were the beet-cured salmon, jalapeño passion fruit and scallop ceviche, and the beet and apple salad. All drinks were included, including their special Earl Grey tea blend, and the juices tasted very fresh. Our server, Renee, was a delight as well. One tip: if you're hoping for a window table, one of the hostesses mentioned that you need to book far in advance.

The service is truly wonderful. As attentive, but relaxed as you would expect. We were seated by…read morethe windows overlooking the river. I believe you usually have to prepay for the six course tasting menu, which we did not do. We did a la carte, which we were all glad about after tasting the food. The amuse bouche was a piece of salmon on top of what tasted like the fried crispy wontons that you get with Chinese takeout. Weird. My mother had the cucumber appetizer, which just tasted like a palette cleanser. She then had the agnolotti, which I thought was fine, but she didn't eat more than two bites. My dad had the suckling pig, which he nor the bite my mother took found enjoyable. I had the halibut, it was fine, I just don't think I like poached fish. The portions on the a la carte also seem to be the same as the tasting courses, which wasn't a big deal because none of us really enjoyed it. Their cocktails were surprisingly reasonable. My parents had gone last year and loved it, but this year wasn't great. I go to restaurants for the food. This visit we lucked out with great service and a spectacular view. I don't think we'll be going back. Oh, they give you complimentary bread (!!!) and delicious butter. I haven't seen quality bread and butter for a minute. My mom loved it last year, so went again, and np omen was happy
