I must say, I have had a lot of empanadas in my life in several countries including argentina and every time I see an empanada place in the states and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I was greeted at the door by a precious woman that took my order and came back 10 minutes later with a package that looked like a beautiful birthday gift with the most beautiful flower on top. The staple beef and spicy beef delivered a mouthful of flavorful deliciousness. The more unique flavors of the spinach artichoke and the plum bacon elevated the traditional empanada experience. The blueberry cobbler was a perfect end to a perfect meal. This small little place attached to a gas station was a surprising gem of an experience and I will be sure to make a point to go back the next time I'm in town.

The owner wife of Vinoma is from Argentina and we were told the recipes that owner husband, Brian, uses were his mother-in-laws. Then he add his own magic touch and creativity! You can eat them in you car, sit outside at their tiny table (weather permitting) or take them home. It is also great to purchase them frozen and cook them in your oven when you like. P. S. They make great appetizers for when guests come over!
