We called because we had flooding in our garage with a busted pipe. He showed up three hours late…read morebut with the weather the way it was we figured he had a lot going on. The guy that came out with him was in some kind of state that caused him to say back and forth, his eyes were glazed over and they kept rolling back. I was concerned at this point but Dillon said he was a good guy who couldn't be understood so well because of his accent. They fixed the busted pipe, got the heat running and told us they would be back later this evening. We texted and called no answer. The next day we called someone else to finish the job so the water could be restored. Later that afternoon Dillon called to apologize about not getting in touch. Apparently he left his phone in someone's house and had no way to contact anyone. It sounded plausible and we asked him to install a new heater in our garage. We gave him a cashier's check for the full amount as the contract laid out we had to pay 60 percent in advance and all we had was the check. He said he would pick up the heater and be right back. Nobody showed up. He didn't answer any calls but eventually texted that they delivered the wrong unit and he was trying to fix the problem. We told him that we observe Sabbath and if he couldn't finish before Saturday we'd have to wait until Sabbath was over. Saturday came and went without hearing from him. On Monday he texted and said he'd be out to install the heater. Nobody showed. Tuesday another text that he was coming to install the heater. That was the last I heard from him. The check has been cashed. Please guard yourself against this crook.
