The guys are really knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable, and they follow up great with appointments. Initially my mower wouldn't start so they were going to come by and get it, but the other day it just magically came back to life. Probably user error, but I'm happy it's back.

For starters the price difference from The Parts Depot IN STOCK OPTION was only $10 more. I wish I hadn't had to wait 2-3 days to get mine online and just bought there higher quality option (with warranty) in store. Regardless of the fact that I bought online, the owner didn't hesitate for one second to go above and beyond to help me out. We could not find my fan blade (very unique) so he kept the assembly and emailed his supplier, the NEXT DAY he had the parts I needed waiting for me! Idk about you, but this kind of service, pricing, and convenience if worth it's weight in GOLD! Needless to say I am a Parts Depot customer for LIFE now. Thanks!!!

The correct one was given to me, yet when I got home I realized after installed that it was not spinning the correct direction to exhaust . Before tearing into it myself and finding online that the motor only spun one direction, I took it back. After about ten minutes of troubleshooting, knowledge, know-how and all around friendly service the staff had it working the way I needed it.
