He will tell you he doesn't mark up parts, then charge you at least $100 more than what the parts actually cost. Then, you'll probably have to threaten legal action to get him to come back (3 weeks later) after he said it would only be a couple of days, and install the part. But it won't be a new part - it will be a used part since he never actually ordered the new part he overcharged you for. If you confront him with the discrepancies, he will get belligerent with you, but then tell you he will bring you the difference the following Monday, which of course he doesn't! He is aptly named "Slider" because he is a snake in the grass who enjoys ripping off little old ladies on a fixed income!
