They told me that there were display connector pins missing among many other things that these guys didn't care to check. DO NOT GO HERE. They make you pay at drop off instead of pick up due to a "management change." Was not impressed. They may be alright for very simple things but they couldn't handle a repair on my laptop, and it really wasn't that difficult of a repair. Instead, they said they fixed, they did not, and then when I took it back they tried to convince me that the screen "burned out", which it absolutely did not. They may be able to help people with printer configuration, phone fixes and that sort of stuff, but when it comes to an actual repair on a laptop, forget it. I have been a software design engineer for 40 years, they don't have a clue outside of simple fixes. I highly recommend seeking other resource for any real repair work. I will still charge almost $90 and they didn't accomplish anything. I will end up having to spend time and repair it myself. Was just trying to save my own hassle, but if you want something done right, I guess you gotta do it yourself. I suggest staying away from the corporate, high volume repair stores, the hire mostly flunkies who don't really have a clue. And they weren't really all that nice to me either. Not impressed. Run Away! I took in my Dell laptop on 4/14/25. First time because my other guy had gone out of business. I forked over the $29.99 to join so they would look at it faster. I called them two days later after not hearing anything and was told it was fine and they would call me back in an hour or two. They didn't. My wife was running errands in the area the next day so she awung by to check on it. Again, they said nothing was wrong, but they "took the liberty" of updating the software. I spent the next few days reinterring passwords and connections to websites and apps that had disappeared. It had no sound. The printer would not connect. Then I noticed a new icon on the desktop- "Removed Apps." What??!! Dozens of programs removed including the printer softward, my Olympus dictation software, Zoom, and others I didn't even recognize. I called the place to ask what they had done- only to be told i was lucky my computer was even working. (It is working fine, albeit without a lot of necessary apps I need in my work.) Horsefeathers. Why would they tell my wife and I it was fine, no charge, and then claim they rescued it from deaths door by removing a lot of important software with authority or even consultation. Asurion is no help either. Good luck finding a contact number. I finally got an overseas contact with 'tech support' who listened politely and referred me back to the store. She then said she would get me the complaint department number only to get back on the phone a few minutes later to say she would take the complaint herself. (Yeah, right.) Do not use these people. They appear to me to be collecting monthly plan subscriptions without the knowledge, infrastructure, or honesty to do the work. read more

I have a broken screen, asked for a quote....gave an outrageous quote for a repair (half the value of the phone new). I said no thank you, he laughed and said "you will be back". My Google Pixel 5A with 5G has been dropping calls for weeks (it's not AT&T's fault -- my wife's Pixel 5A works fine). The phone is under warranty, but Google told me to have Asurion service the phone. It was easy to make an appointment; in fact, the appointment was confirmed TWICE by email. But when I arrived at Creekside the store was CLOSED. This store was "taking off" Tue-Wed-Thurs, I'm reluctant to make another appointment with a franchisee who cannot figure out how to program their scheduling app. read more

So they are definitely pricier than the competition, a replacement screen for the iPhone X was $200. However they are faster than anyone else I talked to, and if you need to hang around while they fix it, they are in a much better, safer area to wait in. The guys here were super nice & got my phone fixed in an hour! The only reason I did 4 * instead of 5 was this screen has a blueish tint to it that Apple screens do not have & its definitely really noticeable on light mode or any app with a white background. read more

We also had a "rattle" in an iPhone that was pretty annoying on "vibrate". I contacted the guys at uBreakiFix to replace my wife's iPhone 6 battery. They were happy to match the Apple Store's price and offered to add a screen protector for a very reasonable price. Now, I would have been a LOT happier if the two guys behind the screen didn't describe my voice as "some old man" who called a few minutes ago. I guess my hearing was better than his even at my decrepit age, because he wrote my phone number down wrong, and after three hours I called back to see why they hadn't called. This place is awful. I came in to get my phone screen replaced, they said they could do it and went ahead and charged me $150. When I picked my phone up I happened to notice that the screen was very dark. I asked them about it, and they said "Sorry, that's the only screen we had left, we can give you a better one in a few days if you come back". They had clearly given me some sub par screen without telling/asking me, and they only offered to fix it after I noticed. The offer to correct their mistake was only made when I escalated things. I have an Iphone6 and lately the charging cord was not charging the phone unless it was jiggled and messed around with a lot. I checked it out and figured the charging port was bad. I went to this business today, fully prepared to pay for a new charging port installation. I arrived and was greeted nicely. I explained the issue and the counter man took my phone and examined it carefully. He then took several small tools and began to clean out the charging port. It was packed with pocket lint and other debris. At home, I had blown out the port with compressed air and I figured that if anything was in there it would be blown out. I was wrong. In three minutes he had dislodged all of the gumbo in my charging port, tested the phone and it worked perfectly. He passed me my phone and told me to have a nice day. WOW!! Honesty, integrity and talent are rare these days and obviously, these guys have those qualities. They just made a lifelong customer and they can also be sure I will tell my friends and family about my experience and recommend them without reservation. read more

Update: I dropped my phone 4 ft onto carpet and the screen shattered 2.5 months later. This was with the protective "Gel" that they sold me on. A couple of points on that: I was told that they would cover $100 if it broke again. Come to find out, it's a claim system that I have to file for. It was not explained this way. I understand the concept but was not told that. In addition, I was told that they would keep it notated in their system that I bought the Gel so there wasn't a need to do anything else. This was false, I needed to register it with the 3rd party. Overall, I was up-sold something with misleading information for a bad product. The Gel messed up the touch interface on my phone and constantly misread it. I received zero compassion or correct customer service when I came in. Could've at least apologized, even if they didn't mean it. Seems like they know they have a monopoly. Don't get the gel or buy anything else they sell. Seemed like a rush job on the screen too. I went 9 years without ever cracking an iPhone screen and their "fix" broke again immediately after. read more
