Dawn and Autumn were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. What really impressed me was the huge variety of sizes and designs they had in stock. I had visited two other nearby dealerships--Sturgis, MI and Elkhart, IN--before coming here, and neither of them came close to the selection available at the South Bend store. Another huge plus: South Bend is part of the national Harley-Davidson points system, so when you check in and make purchases, you actually earn your points--something not all dealerships participate in. This is a big benefit for frequent travelers and collectors like us. Overall, the customer service here is outstanding, the selection is the best in the area, and Dawn and Autumn truly made the visit pleasant. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
