I found a screw in a tire on my wifes car. I pulled the wheel off of her car and ran it down to Pete's for a repair. This was on a Sunday afternoon mind you, and they got right on it while I waited. Not only did they get me right in but the you g man that repaired the tire did everything correctly, just the way it's supposed to be done which you don't see very often these days. It was easy to tell that he had not only been taught correctly but he had the fortitude to make sure he didn't cut corners. Very commendable and greatly appreciated. A fair and long family run buisness Pete is a great guy

You have to be careful doing business with Pete. He quoted me a price on a particular Service and was supposed to call me if there were any changes. He did not call and when I went to pick up the car they charged over 200.00 dollars more than the orginal price quoted. I should have known better because he did a similar thing to me last year. read more

Visiting from out of town and needed an oil change and tire rotate and balance. Based on a recommendation from family, called Pete's and they were able to fit me in. Pete was great. He warned me about some bad spots on my tires and said rotating wouldn't be a good idea. My skeptical nature had me worried about being quoted or charged for work I didn't need, but after meeting and talking with Pete, it was obvious that that is NOT how he operates. Great service, kind and honest advice. If we lived here, this the only place I'd take my vehicles. Love to support the small family business. Hope your experience is as good as mine. read more

There was a nail in my tire and my son took the car to Pete's last night around 7pm to have the tire repaired. They told him they would be right with him and to park the car in a certain spot outside. 3 hours later, they told him they were going home and to bring the car (with a semi flat tire) back in the morning. It seems there were 3 men trying to get a wheel off a truck that was on a lift. And obviously one of them couldn't take care of my care in a 3 hour time span. I called this morning to discuss the matter with Pete. But Pete wasn't in yet and I had to speak with a woman who would only identify herself as "the cashier". I asked her why they made him wait until 10pm to tell him they couldn't work on the car. No apology, no even slight TRY as to an explanation. Just they couldn't get to it. Shameful way for a company to treat someone who chooses to take their car to Pete's Marathon for service. I fail to understand stupid but will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more
