In comparison, the HD would require a $350 deposit for a $90 rental. I believe I spent a total of $133 on a Jack hammer, 2 chisel picks, and a wheel barrel. Best part was, I got a refund on a chisel pick without even asking. They asked me if I had used both, which I hadn't, and they just refunded me. I loved that!! The employees are all incredibly friendly and helpful here! Like I said, I was a bit uneasy at first, but once I started talking to someone, I was feeling much better. Overall great employees, good prices, and reliable tools!!

Shady Company. I live in western AZ…read more I called the Santa Ana, CA office. I wanted to buy a product that had a web price for $150. I was told with taxes and shipping, it would be $200-220. They didn't have their e-commerce set up, but the CS person sounded OK. Against my better judgement, I gave them my CC info. So, I get a debit on my credit card for $345 ! ! ! They charged $183 to ship 40 lbs (water based, non hazardous) from a warehouse in Las Vegas! Repeated calls to the CS person went unanswered. They are also implementing an online accounting system, but it has never posted any meaningful information and I have not received an invoice. For us, they are a "one and done" business, and would not recommend them ever.

It is covered under warranty, however the repair has to be done at the shop and the parts can not be given to the customer under warranty to fix themselves. With my schedule full as Coach, delivering the equipment is not feasible any time soon, so I requested a pick up. I was told that transport would not be covered under the warranty from the manufacture. Understood, but as a service and sales business I would think extreme ownership would be the culture. You sold the equipment and it broke due to faulty parts, and the resolution is to inconvenience your customer and force them to pay more money for transporting the equipment you sold for something that is covered under warranty. This is pretty poor service and lack of ownership to correct an issue.

I barely pulled up to the curb when the two employees immediately came out to assist me. When all was said and done, they unloaded all of my boxes and loaded the material into bins. I then sat and watched them shred all my stuff. There is a huge mirror behind/above them, so you can make sure there's no funny business going on. It took them 45 minutes to destroy all my stuff, due to the high volume. They methodically and efficiently took care of business. I don't know their names, but the name "Damon" was on my receipt. Good value for such a thankless job. Great job.
