As I said, we just picked them up and when we got home we realized that we had much more food than we should have for them staying there that length of time (we feed them Fresh Pet logs, so it is easy to measure and tell how much should have been gone). Now we have just found out that they IGNORED our feeding instructions completely and were feeding our 6 POUND POMERANIAN AND 45 POUND GOLDEN RETRIEVER THE SAME AMOUNT OF FOOD! Not only did they BLATANTLY disregard our feeding instructions, apparently they do not have any COMMON SENSE as well! Now, our golden retriever is literally STARVING from only getting fed HALF of her food for nearly A WEEK! Would not leave your pets here unless you are okay with them STARVING!!!

At this point she said Cody was overdue for his Rabies Booster and asked if I wanted this done now. I informed her not today and I would bring him back for that sometime later.  she said let me check with the Doctor. A few minutes went by and she came back out to inform me "This is a Law in WV that the animals must be up to date before they are seen. She also said that if I did not get the booster they would not be able to see Cody for his Nail Trim. I informed her that I did not appreciate being held hostage in order to get his nails trimmed. She presented a release form which I had to sign before she took him back. When I was called up to pay, two other associates said the same thing to me: That it was the Law and WV required it. Upon getting home I looked up  the law and it specifically states that the Law does NOT require the Rabies Vaccine to be up to date for Nail Trimming and Grooming.
