Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

Allan was very responsive throughout the entire process, and was available to discuss services with him 15 minutes after submitting. Pricing and payment was transparent and a smooth process. The inspection report was very thorough with pictures and written in terms I could understand. Allan checked items I wouldn't have even considered and made several ongoing maintenance suggestions. He used a drone to inspect the roof, thermal cameras to inspect HVAC and insulation, electrical outlets, water systems, appliances, etc. Discovered several items I wouldn't have noticed (or at least not until they became serious issues). I was in college at the time and looking back really didn't know exactly what I was doing except for the fact that I needed to find a highly qualified individual to help prove to our insurance company that our roofs had been nailed and damaged by hail and that we needed some solid representation( insurance company had previously denied the claim) As stated in previous emails Don Putnam and his services are not cheap. But if used appropriately can be very effective. I met Don Putnam and the insurance adjuster assigned to investigate the issue further at the site on a scheduled predetermined date, because I had escalated it to that point, Don was prepared and then went on to explain and demonstrated his expertise and through documentation and proof clearly showing the adjustor that there in fact was hail damage and a certain type of improper flashing installed was leading to further leakage and damage. This was not an inspection -- it was a drive-by. He missed obvious, widespread tile floor cracks throughout the house, issues so visible it's hard to believe they were "overlooked" at all. When I asked him to come back and re-inspect his own miss, he had the nerve to say it would cost another fee. Because of this incompetent inspection, I lost $5,000 backing out of the home. This company didn't protect me, they cost me thousands. Total waste of time and money. This is a bullshit company with zero accountability. If you don't want expensive surprises after you're under contract, stay far away. You will absolutely regret hiring them. Never recommended.
