In the process all four wheels for the snow tires were scuffed and slightly damaged. At the time, I didn't consider it bad enough to post a comment but did contact the service manager to mention the issue. He was apologetic and even offered to "fix" the damage but I did not accept the offer since it was only cosmetic damage. Fast forward to yesterday April 12, 2026. I wanted to remove the snow tires/wheels and install the summer tires/wheels on the vehicle. The lug nuts are supposed to be torqued to 100 ft -lbs but most of the lug nuts were so difficult to remove that I had to use a breaker bar on them. This was on a Sunday or I would have taken the car to Butler Tires for Less and have them swap the tires/wheels. Now I have concern that my rotors may be warped. Obviously, I won't be going back to this business. On April 15, 2026 in response to Tony K's request, I provided my contact information.
