My name is Maribel and I am a Meditation Member. Recently, because of the the pandemic I started meditating virtually with the Suwannee Meditation Center. It has quite literally saved my life. It's hard for me to imagine what the state of my mental health would be like without the guidance I have been receiving. I'd probably be uncontrollably consuming the media and maybe stuck in my frustration, anxiety and uncertainty. Thanks to Suwanee Meditation, I can say that this isn't the case...like at all. I feel hopeful for change, relaxed and patient. As I wait for nature to run it's course, with the helpers at the center who give all their time and energy to guiding me out of the dark hollows of the mind, I'm happy, my mind is light and free. Our mind is something that we can't see so we don't do enough for it, but what I would like to say to you is just try it . Try it so that you can find relief and so that you can better take care of your loved ones. Either way, this time is going to pass but why not feel peace in your mind until then? It is an amazing and miracle meditation method the first ever in the world! This meditation has changed myself who used to be depress, resentful, blaming,hating ,judging others and getting jealous from self inferiority which are all human''s negative minds. It also has changed my body with better shape who used to have back,neck and shoulders pain with Frequent colds all the time . Therefore, the body couldn't circulate well so there were zero immunity and resistance in myself. Because of all these things are disappeared by this meditation method, my life is new and fresh every day ,also I feel like a feeling of clean shower and being washed all my guilts and sins off with a feeling released from prison in my heart! I truly wish all the people living in the world would practice this meditation and finally are able to live happily together while helping each other! This would be the life and the world that we have been really looking forward to, haven't we? When a friend first told me about this meditation place, all I could think of was what I had seen in the movies. But I was so wrong! After trying this meditation method, I have found out so much about myself. What I love about Maum meditation is that not only am I finding myself, but I am learning how to let go of my past, something no one has ever been able to teach me how to do successfully before. I have found more than I could have ever wanted! My family members have all complimented me on how happy I look, how much I seem to be enjoying life, and how much I've changed (I'm not as cranky or mad at them anymore)! The best thing for me for several months is that I can meditate every day by zoom at home. Everyone thinks it's hard time because they are locked up at home. However, while doing this meditation, I don't think that I am isolated because I am not alone, there are so many people joining in online meditation sessions every day. The method of meditation gave me so much joy and peace of mind. It was a joy I had never experienced in my life. I can't wait for the time to meditate even today and rejoice while listening to the joyful voices of helpers. I had a lot of fear especially during these difficult times, but I am overcoming my fear of covid-19 with this meditation. Great meditation center and amazing effective meditation practice. The meditation technique and method is practical, easy to follow with step by step guidance and coaching. I was able to see actual changes in my mood, in the clarity of my mind on a daily basis, my reactions stressful situations have become more peaceful and calm. I've also become more thoughtful and wise in dealing with people, in my responsibilities and with my relationships. The meditation guides (called 'helpers') are super friendly and supportive here.
