There have been mistakes on my returns which were prepared late, invoicing was a nightmare with scant information as to how fees were determined, claims of past due payment on invoices I never received or saw despite numerous requests for all invoices, and now I am having trouble getting my past tax returns in a form I can review/open to send to my new accounting firm so they can prepare for my 2021 return. She refused to answer the question that all work is actually done in the USA. What it appears to me is that asking about their qualifications, they feel they are above that and act in very unprofessional ways. I would not recommend this firm as it is much better that an experienced tax professional actually do your own work instead of having it farmed out to someone on staff (with who knows what tax experience). I'll be going elsewhere. I wouldn't ever recommend this firm.
