I'm still fairly new to Dr. Curtis and every time I leave his office, I count my blessings for finding him. He never rushes our visits. Very thorough, very kind, very caring. Dr. Theresa Platz works at Lakeshore Clinic and is a stand-out in every sense. Lakeshore Clinic is getting better, but may be worth 2-3 stars tops. Dr. Platz is hard to get into and the scheduler offers other doctors when they tell you she's not available. I wait, or go elsewhere if need be. Lakeshore has a blood-draw & specimen lab, and X-ray faicility. However they lose X-rays and tell you to come back the following week for a simple blood draw... etc. It's hit & miss whether this place is more convenient than if she had a private office.

She is ill trained and lacks medical experience, or has the mentality to "get 'em in, get 'em out" health insurance mentality we seniors often experience. My advice is to see a real doctor.
