Very reasonable prices and good work!! **I talked to the owner and she said they've been very slow and are not sure how much longer they will be able to stay in business if thing's don't pick up. Please go support!** Covid safety: only 3 technicians and 3 customers allowed in the store at one time, my technician wore a mask and face shield, and there are plexiglass shields set up at the manicure/pedicure stations to separate the customer from the technician while they are working. Hand sanitizer and guest check-in a the door. It felt very controlled and safe in my opinion. read more

I saw mixed reviews of this place but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. I came in requesting a simple modern french nail, and the technician Lani had to redo it 4 times, eventually giving up and scrapping my design all together. The nails themselves are bumpy and uneven, the sides so sharp i had to file them at home because they were cutting into my skin. The pink paint is patchy and not up to the cuticle. The white tip paint is still all over my fingers. I am writing this as I am soaking off my 1 day old nails because they are giving me an allergic reaction- swollen and itchy cuticles. I am really sad writing this because I love supporting all the small businesses but I was really disappointed with the way my nails turned out. I got a dip manicure on Friday (less than 3 days ago) and today, one of my dip on my nails popped off, I've never had dip pop off before like an acrylic. When I left the salon I was immediately just not happy with my nails, the dip was extremely thick, the top coat wasn't applied to my entire nail leaving an outer circle of matte dip around the cuticles, my finger got sliced from excessive filing while not paying attention and my nails actually hurt after. read more

I LOVE the nail artist here Rose. She is sweet, funny, and does an amazing job. I've been going to her for about a year and I've loved my nails every single time she's done them. It's a little pricey, $25 for shellac, but it's so worth it. A couple months ago I was out of town and saw a nail shop advertising $15 shellac. Well I really needed my nails done so I went in and got them done. They were awful and peeling off after only 2 days! So I guess what I'm getting at is that it's definitely worth spending a little more because you will get the beauty and quality that they do here. read more

I was willing to overlook the slow service because they said they were short staffed, but once our nails were done and we got out into the sunlight we both realized that they had done a horrendous job. We had 2 different nail techs but we're both extremely unhappy with the finished product. There were air bubbles, lumpy finish, polish extended well beyond the cuticle onto my skin. My aunt's polish didn't go all the way to the cuticle so it looked like fake nails that needed a fill. We could have had a 12 year old paint our nails and would have been happier. The techs were all super nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that I now need to go home and re-paint my nails. read more

They are the worst nail places I have been to till now. She spoilt my nails and had to re do within a day. I had the acrylic nails for few hours and it was gone! And the materials she used were so bad that I still have the impact on my nails. They aren't normal like they were previously. Friendly staff -- I usually see Kim, but I've also had Rose, and 2 others (I can't remember their names), and they're all good. Walk-ins are welcome, but it's hit or miss as far as waiting time, so it's best to call ahead and/or make an appointment if you're pressed for time. Price is very reasonable compared to others I've been to nearby ($20 for regular pedicure; $25 for spa pedicure). They do waxing and facial too but I've only tried their manicure/pedicure services. read more

Went in as walk in to get my eyebrows waxed. Lani was friendly and did a great job. She also advised on to make my eyebrows appear longer and more shapely. Service was fast and good. The salon itself is super small because of which I felt nauseated with all the chemical smells. She needs to think about a little more ventilation in the place. I would like to come back to get my nails and toes done but the thought of being in all those chemical vapors is making me think twice. I might go back just for the service. read more

Suzon Salon is pretty good for anyone wants to pamper him or herself. I went with my husband just to company him, but couldn't stop myself from getting a pedicure done. The facility is excellent and the massage chair takes away all the stress from the body. We had a great couple pedicure date :) In addition, it is good value for money! read more

Lani is wonderful! She is super nice and very friendly. She ran a little bit late the last time I was there (not even 10 minutes) and actually apologized. In the 18 years I've been getting my nails done, I have never had anyone apologize to me for running late. She does an amazing job on my nails too. She pays attention to the little details and always goes the extra step. She's super conscious of cleanliness and sanitizing too. Terrible job of the manicurist, she went way over the lines. When I asked to fixed it she started talking in her native language with her fellow coworkers and her voice raised significantly. She barely fixed anything, as if I asked for something superficial. I was simply asking to complete her job. Will never return again! Should have left before she got done. read more

Worst nail job EVER!! NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE!!! The lady kept messing up with the shellac, she buffed my nails too many times because of air bubbles & uneven thickness. And when I mentioned the bubbles & the unevenness, she said "I've been doing this for 15 years & that's why I just take my long time customers." REALLY???? But she took me when I walked in. I was outraged to witness a 9 or 10-year old pre-pubescent girl brought in by her mother for a full leg wax. The girl--on crutches with a broken leg, nonetheless--was subjected to a painful procedure in which she was understandably wincing. The young girl had already had 3 or 4 leg waxings there due to long leg hair, I was told, as if that justified the procedure. While there perhaps might not be a minimum legal age for waxing, Suzan's Nails should not be complicit in this type of abusive treatment of minors. The mother is clearly at fault. Nonetheless, Suzan's Nails needs to please reconsider their ethics and start protecting children. read more

Lani is the absolute best at eyebrows. I used to go to Redmond to get my brows done but now I only trust Lani with them. She's very sweet & knowledgeable & the whole staff is very nice. The store is a little on the small side, but the incredible service is worth it. read more

When I receive bad service, I am quick to log onto Yelp and give my "feedback" but I often forget to review the places where I regularly receive great service and quality products/performance. Suzan Nails is one of the GOOD PLACES!!! I've been going to Lani, Vi and the girls here for a few years and they always remember who I am, what I had done the last time I was there and Vi, who does my nails, always remembers how I like my nails shaped. I can just sit back and relax, trusting that she'll do a great job just like the 100 times before. The salon has three massaging pedicure chairs, several manicure stations and a waxing room. These gals concentrate their efforts on what they are good at and they are good at it! Plus I know from personal conversations with the owner, Lani, that she goes to training sessions in Olympia and keeps up on what the regulations are for her salon. She has a great attitude about making sure that her customers are cared for correctly no matter what. Love this little place and I plan to continue using their services for years to come. read more

Got my brows done for $10 here. Great price, clean, and quick! Took about 10 min to get them waxed, cleaned the wax off, and a little tweezed. My brows are even and the wax was not too hot either. Called 10 minutes ahead to check availability and they were clear :) read more

I needed a very thin layer of acrylic on my big toe because the nail broke and summer is around the corner, well the lady left it super thick and only covered part of the nail, of course it'll look uneven if you do that.... Seems logical to cover the entire nail, when i told her to buff the nail more to make it more even she started talking back.... Sigh... I also got shellac on my hands and that was ok, but not a great selection of colors, i paid $30 to have my toes repainted and shellac and the nail repaired. read more

And later on she start fighting with me . Then I asked I need to talk to your boss, I cant take this behavior anymore. then she said I m the boss ,you cant do anything.
