TL;DR: average place but you can get the basics. Nail art here could be hit or miss. Attention to detail is questionable (had lots of bubbles in my topcoat but no staff said anything or offered a redo at the visit). Parking: small shared lot. Service: wait to be seated, pay at the front when finished. Staff are super friendly and gentle with cleaning the areas around the nails. A little awkward when it's time to leave -- we sat there for a long while waiting for someone to tell us we were ready to go after the polish was dried (polish was drying for 30+ minutes) but not one came and we had to flag someone down. Complimentary drinks with service do not include any caffeine or alcohol free options besides water. Disappointing because I am unable to have caffeine or alcohol. I had the Jelly Pedicure and a manicure. I requested nail art but was told that it would be "difficult" to do without gel polish. I think the staff were just unwilling in my opinion. A good nail artist can get it done with regular polish just fine if they take the time. I just wanted one small image on two nails but was declined. I asked about marbling and was told it couldn't be done without gel. There are plenty of people that have done marbling with regular polish as well. I'm not sure this place has experienced nail artists. Manicure details: there were a lot of bubbles in the top coat and the tips of the nails were not wrapped (where some of the polish goes under the tip of the nail to protect the polish a little). I was offered a redo after I posted the images but I don't think I'll be making the trip back, as they are not near me. I'm surprised that they didn't mention the bubbles at all during the entire process or came to check on us or checked their own work. There was only 2 of us and one other person when we were there. Jelly Pedicure: relaxing and nice. I recommend this service for a good cleaning and relaxing. Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the paint job of the nail polish, especially since it was a single color with no art. read more

With tet coming around, I thought it would be nice to get my nails done for it. Plus, my old nails were falling off and it was looking really tragic. I picked out Elite Time Nails because their designs seemed promising- the design I had for them was a lil challenging since it required a bit of everything but they did an amazing job with it, taking the time to tend to my nails with superb attention to detail. So happy with how they came out! This set cost $130 (w/o tip), similar price to how my last set cost from a different salon (in cali) so I believe the prices are average given what service + additions you're adding to your set. The ladies were super nice and while they did my nails, I got to watch some soothing korean baking videos. Highly recommend this salon, wonderful service and vibes! The girls here are very nice so it pains me to write this review. This place is very expensive and the manicure barely lasted 5 days!!! I originally came in for a gel polish change with French tips. I asked for hard gel but the girl completely forgot and just did regular gel. She kept convincing me to do chrome (extra $15) and told me it would look pretty with the French tips so I caved and let her do it. To be honest, I hated the chrome French nail look because it looked tacky and too shiny :( I paid over $80 with tip for a gel manicure that barely lasted 4 days. On the 5th day the corners were all lifting and chipping and looking really bad. It looked like a kid did my nails. I called and they let me come back and offered to fix it. But even after they redid a few nails.... they were chipping and lifting after a few days AGAIN! This was the most expensive manicure I have ever paid for... and i have never had a gel manicure that fell apart this fast either!! Usually my gel manicures last over 2-3 weeks easily. This one..... well, take a look at the photos yourself. I came here before going on a cruise and booked the volcano pedicure and added the paraffin manicure while there. The space is truly beautiful - very bright, clean, everything looking spotless and new. On the television were a series of videos showing how blended drinks were made. No idea why that was there but it looked really tasty! I was greeted immediately and treated kindly. That was nice. I am not very familiar with different nail polishes or treatments and felt a bit lost there. This is only my third pedicure which leaves me with a limited perspective but I thought I booked the treatment to deal with the calluses on my feet but they basically were unaffected by the treatment. The first pedicure I ever had left my feet feeling super soft, all my calluses gone, but this one didn't. I did have great painted toenails though! The nail polish on my toes lasted six weeks. I was very impressed. The same nail polish on my fingers lasted a week. I am not sure what happened because I never experienced anything like it. The polish didn't chip, it simply lifted off in one whole piece - every single finger. If I hadn't watched them be painted I would have thought they were stickers (if nail stickers existed!). It was quite literally the strangest thing. My last issue was the massage. The lady who "massaged" my arms did not speak English otherwise I would have told her to stop. She is not trained to give massages and I sympathize because I'm fairly certain I couldn't do better as someone not trained either. It was painful. She was more pinching my arms than massaging my arms. By that point I regretted many decisions such as adding the manicure at all. It wasn't what I described as a relaxing experience. Elite Time Nails and Beauty Salon just celebrated the Grand te-opening. It is bright and clean and has a fun chandelier! I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a pedicure. The receptionist was helpful and showed me different options. I asked about getting chrome and she showed me her nails which happened to be chrome! They were unique and beautiful! She also offered me a drink! They had Vietnamese coffee for the celebration! Normally they gave green tea or water. Once seated they started on my manicure and Hannah was super friendly and detailed. She also suggested a base color! I didn't know I needed it with the shade of chrome I picked out so this was helpful! While I was getting my manicure they started on the pedicure. The pedicure was relaxing! The pedicure included exfoliation and a massage (6 minutes). They have a 7 day guarantee on there work and while I was there some came in wanted something fixed. They got her nails fixed quickly! They were busy and I had to wait a few minutes to get started. Luckily I had the day off. They asked me if I had somewhere to be and were considerate but I was ok with waiting. Salon changed owners and offered 25% off for their "grand opening" so we decided to give it a try. We made appointments for classic mani and gelx for my cousin and I easily online. Salon was beautiful inside and everything looked brand new. They were advertising free collagen hand gloves for each service but we didn't get it until we asked at the end. But by then they asked if we wanted it there or to go and we just got it to go as my nails weren't fully dry yet. There was also no massage given to my cousin who got the gelx. The massage I got was 1min for each arm- there was no hand massage at all. I watched the clock. I came in with almond shaped nailed and told the girl I wanted the same and she made them short and round, which I hated so I asked her to give me square oval nails. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing and didn't even file before she tried to start painting. It was very uneven. I stopped her and asked for a file and did it myself. Others were offered water/coffee and we didn't get it until we were halfway done with the service. I asked the girl who did my nails to clean up the painted edges multiple times. She didn't. And I got tired of asking after a few times and just wanted to get out of there as it shouldn't take 2hrs to get a classic mani. I left with nails that 1. I have to grow out again to be almond shaped nails. 2. Very unevenly painted nails that I could have done better myself. 3. She "cleaned" my cuticles, but they don't look clean. 4. Two hours of my time wasted. I understand it's grand opening, but unless they have some training for their nail techs and procedures, I doubt I would ever return. I walked in 45 min after opening on Saturday w/ no appointment and it was PACKED - a full house almost. But they got me in for my BIAB fill after 15 min (thankful!). PROS: 1. Service - water, tea, coffee offered and the amount of different services they offer including colors is great! The nail was fine. The nail technician was very rude! I went there today at 11:30 after making an appointment via text message. It was the first time I visit the store! I had short nails and habitually to check and make sure everything is alright before placing them under the light. Especially the nail technician was taking a 5+ minutes phone call, which distracted her multiple times too . Her fragile ego and poor manner led her into making statements that come off very rude and inappropriate as she felt inferior by the fact that I've been double checking my nails. She made comments like: 1. Why you didn't go to your previous nail salon? Where did you do your previous nail at? Why did you leave? - it's not her business 2. I told her there's a scratch where I wanted her to fix it. She got angry and ignored and only told me I can add another top coat . That's after I asked her did she add top coat on my right hand as she was on her phone for a period of time by then. Also repeatedly blame me for not being careful, where the scratches were apparently from the nail post . It was such an amazing and ridiculous experience . This is a honest review: The salon was clean and friendly, but the quality wasn't aligned with the aesthetics and price you paid. I went in for the elite package for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was okay for what I paid for, but the quality of my manicure was terrible. My nails were cut down and filed down too short, causing them to become even more brittle, and two broke in the middle. Also, my nails were chipped and ended up breaking throughout the day. I left the salon with nail gel polish around my fingers, and the next day, my nail beds were sore from being drilled too hard. I went back the next day to get them fixed, and the employee who helped me over the phone could fix my nails. However, I had to get a different manicure, possibly to be fixed. They added builder gel to my nails and repainted them. I was thankful they were able to fix it, but what I paid $150 (with tip) for a gel manicure and pedicure wasn't worth the quality I received. Overall, there is a great vibe and cleanliness with friendly employees, but the quality of the service is terrible. I only came here a couple times but it has definitely become one of my go-to places. The staff is very nice, especially the owner. During my first visit, she helped me find a service that would best suit my nails--I have a smaller nail bed and have always had difficulty growing and strengthening my nails. She suggested I get the Hybrid Gel Set and it really did help. I wasn't able to stay consistent with it to see the full progression of my nail growth and strength but the progress that was made was very impressive.
