While JJ wasn't the lowest, they were the most comprehensive. For example, all of the other quotes quoted the shingles and work, but JJ Construction quoted shingles, tiles, gutters, and all hardware (new fans/vents/gutters). They are highly skilled. They did not rush the project (who wants a roofer who rushes?) and cleaned up every day. Communication was excellent. They installed Class 4 shingles, which lowered my home owners insurance by 20%. However, our salesperson, Jason noticed some damage to our Cedar roof from the Labor Day weekend hail storms of 2021 and worked with our insurance to get the roof replaced, turned out really nice. Fast forward a year and after dealing with a handful of incompetent painting companies, long story short decided to bite the bullet and just get the house resided. Jason came back out and requoted the siding and noted a ~3 week lead time. Just like the roof, the crew was on-time and did a fantastic job with a great attention to detail. A few quibbles I had about certain details of the job they came back out and addressed no questions asked. They also worked with me to get all new gutters instead of rehanging the old ones so the color would match perfect, which was appreciated.
