They didn't call and inform us that it was gonna be gold or that they had to wait to get Gold. Once we told them we paid $600 to get the screen like it was. After acknowledging they could not install the service, they still failed return our deposits after many, many promises to do so. Their business phone number is a cell phone and they will block your number to avoiding speaking to you. After 9 months we had to take them to court. They failed to appear, however the judge heard our complaint and we received a judgement. It's been more than a year and still no refund payment nor have they responded to the court. I am aware of other families who gave more than the $548.48 we paid them and they too are without service or contact. I would not advise giving them a dime regardless of their promises. System will not allow me to rate a zero.
