The service at this truck was super fast, even though there was a line of a few people ahead of me. I split a Grilled Cheesus with someone and just half was a perfect lunch size. The lemonade and the special mixer drink called the Gingasaurus Punch come in plastic pouches that you stick a straw in, much like a sophisticated Capri Sun. The owner lady also put out a folding table and chairs for the people waiting or eating, which was so thoughtful! This food truck is just super fun and has more menu items I am excited to try when they come out to my work again, if not sooner. Definitely the high point of a rough work day!

(FYI They're usually located on Friday and Saturday in the Alamo Ranch Shopping Center near Target according to their website.) Simple and safe order pick up process. The lobster meat in the roll was ok but it didn't compare to the tender freshness and tenderness of the meat that comes from a freshly steamed or boiled whole lobster. The lobster bisque was good but could have been better with a few more little lobster tidbits in it. The prices were good but I would gladly pay more for a larger lobster roll, and a better bisque. They should offer a large lobster roll for a higher cost, and consider the roll they're serving now as the small roll. It was good but less than I expected.

The food truck park area is nice and there's plenty of seating and it's dog-friendly. The food was pretty good, though the birria tacos left you wanting a little something more. The flavor was good, but needed some extra "flare" if that makes sense. They definitely stuffed them with plenty of meat and cheese, though, so it's very filling! The ceviche was fresh, tasty, and refreshingly cold. It comes with tostada chips and crackers, and the portion is generous. Overall, it was good food and definitely worth a visit!
