I'm still wishing Yelp can offer a no stars option. Some places never fail to disappoint. Don't get me wrong food was bomb (from what they had left) but the service was really slow. Sometimes the service itself will remind you not to return to a place. It sucks that we visited two hours before closing and they only had one dish left. This location was the one next to the River Walk.

The tacos are made fresh to order, and homemade sauce is fire and very flavorful! A real treat and the pavilion has great drink options! Outdoor environment is. Plus!

I've been coming to El Cevichero since they had their food truck at the block. I order the same thing every time ... Birria tacos. They have the best flavor and pair perfectly with the consome. They are pretty big tacos, and upon first glance, you might think three won't fill you up, but trust me, they do. Because the food truck is located in a food truck park, it can get very busy on weekends and sometimes take a while to get your food. However, this is understandable as they have 2-3 people working. Seating is also limited, which can be difficult since you have to wait around for a table. The great thing is that they give you a buzzer after your order, so you have time to go search for a table. You won't regret trying this place!

I came here on a Saturday night and it was a 50/50 with the food. The quesitacos de birria were crispy and DELICIOUS! I could have eaten 10 of these. The mini tacos de diskada left a lot to be desired. They were soggy and the seasoning on the meat just wasn't doing it for me. Overall, I would order the birria tacos again if I was hungry and in the area, but I won't be going out of my way to come here. Similar to other Yelp reviews, we experienced an exceptionally long wait time on our food. I was expecting a little bit of a wait, I believe we were quoted 20 minutes, but it took ~ 50 minutes for our two orders of tacos to be ready. It wasn't busy and there was only two orders that were ahead of us when we arrived. Clearly something had gone wrong and either the order didn't go through or it got lost, because the employees kept poking there heads out to look at us and after about 35 minutes asked us what we had ordered. We got our food, eventually, but seeing as the quality was 50/50, I can't say that I recommend this place or will be coming back.

Customer service was great! Loved that they had music and seating while you waited on your food. My three queso-tacos missed the mark flavor-wise for me. The accompanying sauce was more like a broth and had a very light flavor. It did nothing to enhance the tacos. The cerviche was fresh and flavorful! Definitely a win there. My wait wasn't long and you get a good amount of food for what you pay!

Saw a recommendation for this place from SA foodie, and whewwww it didn't disappoint. Came here on a Friday night for food and live music. Advertised country music Fridays from 730-10. We ordered the Quesibarilla tacos which were amazing. 3/$10 with the dipping sauce and cilantro/onions/radishes for garnishes. We also saw it was BYOB but they also offer michelada mix for $15 for a large mason jar. I recommend bringing your own cups, limes, etc. but the mix is really good. The live music was also really good and it was a really cool, chill hang out with some awesome food. We plan on coming back soon!

If you like ceviche you MUST give this place a try! Been here three times and have ALWAYS enjoyed and we make it a point to come back every time we are in San Antonio. The Ceviche is always fresh and marinated to perfection. My favorite one is the hawaiian ceviche as it has pieces of strawberries that makes the fish flavor pop! The green ceviche is also good but a bit spicy IMO. The ceviche is served with fresh tostadas, saltines crackers and two types of hot sauces. The individual portion is $14 and is quite generous. There's a bigger portion but we like to stick to the individual sizes so we can each have our favorite flavor/style. They also have tacos and quesibirrias available. Apparently there's multiple locations but I can only speak for the one in cupples Rd. This is a BYOB location and is kept very clean. The owner is very involved and it's always making sure you receive the best customer service and have a great experience. This location only opens Thursday-Sunday.

I'm happy to be giving a positive review!! This is the best food truck-Not only is the food delicious but these people take pride in keeping everything clean!!! The seafood is fresh and clean and the birria tacos r the best I've ever had! They also are meticulous in the presentation of the food. Great serving size portions (surprisingly with todays prices)! I Highly recommend it! I remembered to take a pic when we were almost done eating (the tacos are filled to the top with beef)!

This place is a most try, everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. The food is amazing I live on the other side of town but will Drive all the way over there for their food. Me and my family love it been there to many times. Don't sleep on them definitely recommend everything!

I'm not a big fan of chorizo, but I do seek out unique variations of eggs benedict, and this one fit the bill, so I went for it. The flavor combination was perfect, and I wasn't overwhelmed with chorizo. If you like eggs benny, give this variation a try. You won't be sorry! The refried beans - I know it's silly to review beans, but these were a bit different than the normal ones we find in SA. They had a bit more texture, unlike the overly blended beans we're used to. Chef's Kiss goes out to these beans! The potatoes - we weren't sure what the seasoning was, but we think it was adobo. Whatever the seasoning is, it puts them over the top as far as breakfast potatoes are concerned. Good stuff! Just a couple of notes: We didn't get tortillas with our breakfast. It might have been an oversight, or our meals didn't come with them. Not sure. The service was great, but depending on the server you get, you might need to know some Spanish. I give them 5 solid stars for breakfast.

The restaurant is huge and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere has a nice upscale Mexican feel without being overly formal or stuffy. There's a lot of character throughout the space, with colorful Mexican-inspired décor, warm lighting, and plenty of room, which gives it a lively but comfortable vibe. It feels like a place that works equally well for a casual drink at the bar, a nice dinner, or a night out with friends. Even though the restaurant is large, it still feels inviting rather than overwhelming. I sat at the bar and started with the passionfruit margarita, which was really good--refreshing, flavorful, and a great way to start the evening. For my entrée, I had the carne asada, and it was perfectly cooked. The meat was tender and flavorful, and it came with refried beans and homemade white tortillas. The tortillas were a nice touch and went perfectly with the carne asada. The service was great throughout my visit. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at Rosario's. If you're in San Antonio and looking for an upscale Mexican restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, good drinks, great food, and excellent service, it's definitely worth checking out.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The atmosphere is beautiful, upscale, and inviting. The architecture and design throughout the restaurant are absolutely stunning. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. This isn't your typical restaurant experience--the menu is creative, unique, and offers something different. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the preparation and presentation of every plate. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the customer service. My waitress, Kreizon, was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made me feel welcome throughout my visit. Also, the entire restaurant is very dimly lit. It had a great spicy zing in the back of the throat after every sip. Queso was... kinda plain. It might have been better with the add chorizo option. It was very thick. Shrimp cocktail was big, but we started fighting over the shrimp pieces. There was plenty of onion and tomato left over after the batttle. Pollo Asado was a great flavor and the chicken was juicy. Grilled squash that was on the side was good. Chicken enchiladas were good and had freshly sliced jalapeños, which is always a welcome detail. I wasn't able to taste the quesadilla but my daoughter said it was "really good". Fried Chicken sandwich had a great flavor and the bacon was actually pork belly if I'm not mistaken. Sadly there was more batter than chicken. The seasoned fries were delicious and crispy.

It was delicious! The concha was soft, buttery and flaky, with just the right sweetness. We took home the majority of it and it stayed nice and soft instead of turning hard like so many others. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. We definitely will be going back, and recommend Pan Fila to all of you.
