I would give this place -0 stars but they would probably try to call the cops on me again. SWAN Nail Salon in Bethlehem seriously threatened to call the cops when I asked them to fix my daughter's acrylic nail that was put on sideways. Then had the nerve to blame my daughter that it was so crooked. The owner sat quiet and allowed her employee to speak to me and mimic me as if I was a crying child while playing on her cell phone laughing. Stupid me I decided to check the YELP reviews after the fact, just to see if anyone else had this problem with SWAN. Yeap...multiple times they blamed the customer and threatened to call the police. Then wanted to charge us a additional $15 to remove the nail. So here is a Rave for LV Nails in Bethlehem that fixed their screw up. read more

Wow my nail technician was detail oriented! He was extremely careful and went over his work meticulously. I had a gel manicure and I'm used to the bare minimum of polish being used, but not here. My nails came out great. I get mani pedis to help with poor nails and skin. My nails are typically very short and therefore not fun to work on. My technicion handles it well, and was thorough to remove in grounds and make cuticles healthy. The price was average. Not the best pedicure I've ever had but for the money? Unbeatable Update: Went back again after going somewhere else. My friend does SNS and she loved it, said hers was great. I got gel and it was an EXCELLENT pedicure. Prices are better now. This place is a complete gimmick!! I paid $60 for ombré nails which not only was it trash and my shape was a complete crooked mess but I came back to let them know my nails were lifting after LESS THAN A WEEK!! She tells me I put my fingers under them to make them do that then tells a bold face lie saying she watched me do it ... (please tell me how I sat and made all these nails lift) then tells me SnS when it's long doesn't last ctfu not only do I get S&S but I ONLY GET LONG NAILS (these are medium compared to my normal length) at QA nails but they lasted from a week before Covid started til May 1st!! That's quality work! I only tried this place because they were all that was open. Wish I would have listened to yelp with their 2 star review... and saved myself the hassle! I really wanted this manicure to be great because the service was excellent. However, my SNS nails, that always last me 3-4 weeks, started breaking after 3 days when I got them done here!! Now a week and a half out 5 of the 10 nails have broken which has not happened in the 2.5 years I have been wearing SNS nails. The owner was my manicurist. She seemed great, but whatever she did was not right. My only guess is that she buffed with the buffer before she smoothed with the Dremel, all of the other salons I have visited dremel first then buff. Ironically, when she was working she was telling me about a person from the nail salon down the road who wanted to come work for her but she wouldn't let them because they didn't know how to do SNS properly! Last Friday, July 1st was my second time coming in for a pedicure. The first one I received was from the wife( I'm not sure of whats the owners name) but they have their daughter there with them. That was the best pedicure I ever had in my life. I was pregnant and I really needed it. It was very pleasant and relaxing. But Friday her husband did my pedicure and I was 39weeks pregnant. He was rough and he hurt my feet and afterwards I started having contraction but I want to thank him cause I went in labor that night and had my beautiful son the next morning. The customer service here is wonderful! The quality of work done is not so great though. I got gel nails two days before Christmas and by Christmas Day almost of my nails had pealed off. It's like I didn't even have real gel nails. Any other place I have gone my nails lasted well over three weeks. Very disappointed. I would of gone back to get it fixed but with the holiday I didn't have time. Really did love the customer service but I probably will not be returning due to the fact I felt like I wasted my money. read more
