This is one of two places I get my nails and pedicures done, depending on what side of town I'm on. They are always quick to greet me and get me started right away. I do try to come early when they first open so that probably helps. I'm sure they get pretty busy later in the day when most people are getting off work or on the weekends. When getting a pedicure, I really enjoy the massage chairs! (I feel like I'm getting a little something extra for my $) The prices are very comparable to any other nail salon I've been to. They have a cute little row of chairs designed as animals for the younger kids that may come in. I have also seen people come in and get their eyebrows or lips waxed. They offer many choices when it comes to getting your nails done from a beautiful manicure, acrylic, gel, and SNS. I like the SNS, because they just dip your nails in a powder, with variety of colors to choose from and shape, file & buff. No dry time! I've used many of the technicians and have been pleased with them all. You can walk in or make an appointment if you find a technician that you really like. read more

I recently came and gotten my nails done with a friend on 8/16, i showed one lady my design and asked her how much. She said 45 and the older gentleman doing my nails told me 65.. whatever it's fine. my cuticles not touched at all, he didn't ask me how short i wanted them just cut them, i asked for almond and got round, none of them are the same length, they're very thick and bulky, the color i had before was still under almost all of the nails (the picture above wasn't good enough to capture). i had went back inside once i got to the car and looked closer at my nails to ask what we could do to fix it. The owner offered to make the nails i had on almond from the set already on.. you can't do that from round when they were that short.. i expressed to her that i was completely unhappy with my service and wanted a new set, than her solution was i pay again but half off to get another set. When I went up to pay I showed her the discount, she wrote my name down and the screen showed $70 to pay she then said " oops forgot to add the discount" and changed the price to $67.50 with the discount. Stopped in for a simple polish change on my acrylic nails. The techs were speaking/yelling across the salon constantly - it was the least relaxing experience I have ever had in a salon. We came in for a fill-in and to have sns removed and a gel paint, as well as one fake toenail. We got sat quickly and a guy came over and removed my gel polish and started soaking my sns off. Said he'd be back in 5 minutes. I took them out 15 minutes later, still no one has come over and daughter hasn't been talked to. They finally got to my teen but moved her across the room, so we couldn't talk. I sat while at least 3 people who came in after us got serviced first. Maybe they had appointments . Idk. They finally got to my nails. My daughter was finished with her fill-in and polish before I. My end results were just ok. Daughter's nails look awful. We both did classic French tips. My daughter was a little upset that she was charged for a design when it didn't come out the way it should have. The nail tech did give me a 10% discount though. The ladies who work here are so patient, helpful and supportive of new moms! They even helped me with daughter when she was getting upset in her car seat as I was getting my last coat of polish on. They assisted me out the door when I had my daughter in her stroller and they give delightful pedicures!!!! I got the stone rolling massage pedicure and she made sure I was comfortable in every transition and even adjusted my feet to whatever I needed while having my daughter with me. Sometimes you have an experience that's not bad but it's something just not right about. This was my first time at this location, and I was uneasy and didn't feel welcomed the entire time. It was super clear when the technicians were talking about you to one another, as immediately they all stared in your direction. I saw the techs interact with others in a very welcoming manner so maybe it was just me...(or that I didn't have a mask on, which no one felt it necessary to mention was "required" until I was literally walking OUT of the establishment after being there over an hour). Additionally, while I'm all for various packages, the difference should be in product not effort. Immediately after picking their basic package (actually asked to make my selection later, so I could assess how she did cuticle cutting before deciding and was told no) I could see the decline in the technicians effort. While she gave a decent massage and Amy did well with the ingrown removal, the overall pedicure just fell short of being a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I've never experience a salon that didn't try and up-sell you, I literally had to say I wanted a manicure as well when the tech was rushing me to pay. Mani was good, though it didn't include a massage "because of CoVid 19l *insert dumbfound look* ...since you've clearly been all over my hands already, I'm not sure what sense this makes...but it definitely Should be relayed BEFORE not after the service. Need this location to realize every regular began as a first visit, you build your clientele with enjoyable first experiences. Needless to say I don't think this will be my new regular salon. Update: over an hour and a half after leaving I had to return for the polish being messed up. It was SO think that a smudge ended up looking like someone drove a nail through my polish. Upon returning I was told "be more careful".....ummmmmmm....Store manager, Amy just told me "it can take up to 1 day for your nails to dry, we don't guarantee it". According to her the regular polish they used on my nails, not my selection as no alternative was offered, can be slow to dry and "it's up to me if I just don't come back in the future". My mom and I went there to get Pedicures. We paid for the most expense one thinking we were going to receive outstanding service. Wrong! The nail tech looked uninterested, didn't file my nails and didn't remove my cuticles. My mom also had the same issue. When the nail tech went to paint my nails did a bad job. My toes looked like I painted myself. I complaint to the nail tech who blamed it on the color and told me to change it. I ended leaving without my nails painted. read more

After YEARS of refusing to go inside a nail salon (had a super bad experience at a salon in Marietta 20 years ago) , my daughters in law took me to this salon in February of 2018 AND TOTALLY turned my thinking around. That day, I had my first pedicure in over 2 decades and it was a LOVELY time all the way around. Since that day, I've added having manicures and have been to this salon multiple times...each time with a great outcome. Last Tuesday, one of my daughters in law and I went in for birthday manicures with Tammy and Daniel. We had a truly delightful time and loved our new nails! Was in this week... and although this is a good place to get a decent pedicure it has a lot of things wrong. I had noticed before but never really paid any attention ( on my phone ) fist off, all the pedicure utensils they use are not clean or sanitized properly! They used them. Rinse them in the water ( where you had your pedicure) they tap dry on the same towel your feet are on and they put them back in the same package. 2) the reuse the sponge, file and buffer on all clients. They act as if it's new, but they're all used. At the end of your pedicure, they out it all back as if they're tossing in the trash, but they just put it back in their hand held carrier and go use on the next client. To start this is all bad. A lot folks have diabetes or fungus on their toe nails and these tools should be cleaned and used properly. Every one leaves with at least a $50 dollar pedicure. We should all be getting CLEAN tools regards! read more

Worst experience in a nail salon ever. They were moving so fast it felt like it was game to see who could be done first. I was starting to get nervous hearing them use the cuticle cutters at rapid speed and I felt the pain of the deepest cut I've ever gotten on my cuticle. The nail tech finally slowed down after that realizing the mistake she made but not apologizing. They didn't say one word to me during the entire time in the chair but to be honest, there was no time. The person who started on my nails left me half way through to start someone else. I had mentioned I could tip in cash but realized I had to use my card and they were visibly upset by it. They then made me feel very uncomfortable with another person shouting across the room trying to pressure me to use cash. The warm towels they used smelled awful from being left in the wash for too long and I now smell like a dirty wet rag. I am cut multiple places on my hands and feet and my nails look terrible. I went yesterday and as soon as I walked in I was seated and the lady who was doing my nails looks at me and looks at what I want to get done and right off the bat she tells me it's gonna be a lot of money as if I didn't know and as if I didn't have the money. After that she put my hand down and goes to the lady working behind her and deadass was whispering to her abt smt for ten minutes and laughing uncontrollably they were very loud, then she came back to me and asked me which nail she was like no and then she started asking really personal questions about my family. So overall terrible service very very bad they give off judge mental petty self centered vibes and they will try to do smt to charge you extra like I asked how much it would be for a pick French tip and she was like it's five dollars extra then me making sure I was like five dollars for each nail or what and she was no all of it together and I was like okay then she was like wait let me go check and comes back and tells me yea it's five dollars for each nail. I usually have a good experience here but this time I felt like customer service was poor because I wouldn't do the extras. I asked the nail technician for the usual lotion massage or just to get rid of the yuck left on my hands and was told"no manicure no massage" because I didn't want to pay for the cuticle removal. Sometimes it's great, other times it leads with them leaving my nails have painted, saying I'm dry and then I'm not, up selling, or actually cutting my skin. This nail salon typically is efficient and does a good job. I visited Friday and had a disappointment, though. The lady doing my pedicure did not show me the typical menu, just asked me if I wanted the $37 or $42 pedicure. She didn't offer any others, but it had been a while since I had a pedicure and I had planned to do some extra, so I said "I'll take the $37". She did what they do, tried to upsale me, but I couldn't understand her English so I repeated "no, just the $37 please", and she agreed. I got no hot rock massage, which was the only benefit of the $42 one I understood. BUT, when the lady who did my manicure (not the one that did my feet) checked me out she said that the pedicure was $42 because the pedicure person told her it was for some reason, again, couldn't understand her "English" explanation. I paid it and left because I was getting no where, but I won't again. If this ever happens again, this regular customer will no longer be a customer. I like that this salon does great SNS nails and has a great selection of color match options, but they have to be honest and up front about pricing and not try to "get over" on the clients. This is the point of the paper menu, to clearly explain what is being purchased. If you don't want to handle menus because of Covid, post it on the wall. I have moved here recently and am trying to find a place like I had for over 15 years in my hometown. I thought I had found the place but the more I go the less the staff is friendly, and the prices keep going up. My lymphatic system stopped working 15 years ago, so I have to be careful. I can not cut my legs, feet, or toes for it will cause a bacteria to set up in my system which can be deadly. I have explained this on several different occasions but for some reasons the technician always cuts my toes. I have asked twice now to have my legs waxed, due to not being able to shave (for fear of cutting myself) and on both occasions I was told I didn't need to because my hair was too fine. If I can feel hair I want my legs waxed. The past 2 times my nails where cut too short(might as well not have put tips on) the last time they were cut too long, asked to cut down more and technician just ignored me. Both technicians that I have had seem like they want to be any where but at work. Noticed the price for pedi was $50 but had picked out the $45 one, nails were charges $62. The nails didn't last a week (sns), I asked why the pedi was $5 more and I was told it was because my legs were too big, they stay swollen with fluid. Well, I'm sorry that my body doesn't work like it is suppose to and I have to live with this illness for the rest of my life. I went in last Wednesday and had my dip removed and just wanted gel polish on my real nails. Less than 24 hours later my gel polish was peeling off on the sides. I lost all my polish on my left hand and all but 2 nails on my right. I was unable to go in Thursday or Friday due to my work schedule so I went in today to have them fix it. They were extremely rude and said I needed to identify the girl who did my nails on Wednesday. I explained where I was sitting and said the girl on Wednesday was not wearing a mask and everyone was today so it was difficult for me to see who it was. I asked if just someone could fix my nails and make it right. The lady kept telling me I needed to try to remember who it was. I will not be going back. They apparently do not stand behind their work and they are extremely rude. I didn't keep my receipt but I can show on my bank where I was charged $45 on Wednesday. read more

I've been here dozens of times with wishy washy service but since it's by my house it's convenient. Today's experience was the final one. I went in for a basic mani and pedi. $37 charge, before they even fished I was asked to pay which is common so you don't mess up your nails. I paid and left 30% tip as always. I signed and before they started painting my nails the woman who was doing my mani looks at the tip gets snorts and is visibly upset then speaks in her native tongue to the woman doing my pedi. Apparently my tip wasn't enough. Little did they know I had cash waiting for them until this incident.( I usually tip on my card then give them a little extra so they don't get deductions since I understand how cosmo field pay works) Completely unprofessional and once I was done I looked at my nails. It wasn't painted correctly. I asked for them to be fixed. Not only did the rude one roll her eyes and pretend to fix it but I had to ask the woman who did my pedi to correct it. When I called the owner to let him know he didn't seem to care. He offered to speak to the rude employee but frankly the damage is done. Never again. It's a shame because I've spend so much money at this place since I usually get acrylics with gel top coat. Maybe next time treat your customers as you'd want to be treated. it's truly a shame your employee treats customers. You lost a very loyal customer today. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! I would give it 0 stars, if possible. I've only been here twice and BOTH times I left the store completely dissatisfied. The first time, I got a simple manicure and they missed the edges of my nails. The second time, I got my eyebrows done there because it was convenient. It was the worst eyebrow wax I have ever had done. My right eyebrow was a 1/2 inch further away from the center of my face. The lady provided no shape to my eyebrows and the edges were very boxy. When I told them about it after, they tried to tell me that "that's the way your eyebrows always are." And that they did not wax in that particular place.
