I've been getting My nails done in Gainesville for the past 3 years. When I moved back to winder my fave nail guy was gone from where I normally went. I was so sad.. By chance I was told about B-nails and spa. I read the reviews and OMG My fave nail tech Ken is now at this salon. I took my daughter in law to get a pedicure and nails. We were greeted with the nicest smiles and assisted us to our chair. They asked if we wanted water and what pedicure we wanted. ( Best pedicure ice had in a long time ) Ken came over and he knew exactly who I was. Even after 3 years and losing over 150 lbs. Lol he remembered I like to show him an inspiration pic and let him do his magic. And he did. I had 5 different christmas decorations on my nails. I loved it ( ot was more wild than I norm go but it was so fun! ) He listened and did the right shape and the nails were not too thick. They were a little longer than I am use to so that was a fun transition lol I've never gotten so many compliments. Soooo seeing that there are some wonky reviews here, idk who you went to or what day it was but I 100% recommend this salon ya'll ask for Ken he is the best with nails. The pedicures have all been consistent, I always do gel so it won't chip in a day or so. I think the prices are about average to a little more depending on what services you get. read more

The location is nice, clean, but that is where it stops. The techs are sloppy, you have to make sure to watch them and ask for corrections before you leave. Their pricing is a but higher than others as well. I got an infection where the tech cut deep and never offered an apology. I will not return, don't suggest others visit either. read more

I've given them 4 chances and have been dissatisfied for the last time. If you're wanting quality service, keep driving. The owner is super nice and she has had my nails fixed once but I don't think she can keep detail oriented nail techs. I'm looking for same shape and nail length along with clean lines to hat don't grow out looking messy and I've had 4 different techs and no one can meet my needs. Just left not happy. Hopefully the owner can find some better techs to grow her business. Also, when sanding my nails, she left dirt on my nail and then covered it with acrylic, I asked my tech Mimi twice if that was gonna cause an issue and both times she said no. I'm not feeling comfortable about this and am worried about fungus. read more

Everyone is so good! They are so pretty and so kind and this is the only place I have ever went that actually gives a real pedicure!!! They are amazing every time I go it's the same consistent quality!! Period. And they do designs with long nails we love that. I'm always on my feet for work this place dose wonders for me. read more

I've been to a few salons since i arrived in GA. They were ok. I hit the jackpot with B Nails! Great service. Peaceful vibe. My nail tech, America, is wonderful. She's courteous, and funny as heck! We have full conversations in English! We have the whole shop laughing sometimes. Since my 1st visit, I have left with my nails done beautifully, my eyebrows on point, a smile on my face and anticipation for my next visit! read more

I give two stars because I would give them another chance because I'm a regular here and can tell that it's not a face I'm familiar with. Today however is a different story. Not only was I up sale but it was horrible. Front start to finish felt like I was rushed through for her to be on her phone. Not to mention when I got the less service, it was taken more time. I was shopping at Publix about two weeks ago and happen to see that there was a nails salon next door so I thought I would treat myself. I asked for Sns and was quickly up sale with an eyebrow wax, so I said sure. Little did I know I was in and out in thirty mins. It wasn't bad looking, but I've had better. absolutely the worst manicure pedicure Service I have ever received! Technicians were rude. Continue to pressure me to have gel on my toes. Nail polish was poor quality and my toes chipped in two days. Technician filed nails too thin when getting a manicure and 4 nails broke!! Cuticals were sore after manicure. My nails chipped the same day after taking a shower. I requested sns with a French tip at first it was just beautiful but then my black paint was peeling off. Playing for my nails to not to last a day is very frustrating. read more

I was needing a pedicure and wanted to give this new spot a try... unfortunately I don't think I'll return... This is a shop where if you need a quick service go here but I will stick with my original shop. The gentlemen who did my gel pedicure did not apply the bell smoothly so I have ridges on my nail bed and when applying the hot stones he burned me TWICE. I was kinda surprised but was just ready to go. read more

Me and my wife went together. Had a great experience. Only waited about 5 minutes for a walk-in. They spent a good solid hour on us with a Brice foot and leg massage to go with it. Chairs were very nice as well. Our lady was very friendly and we will go back. read more

The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. They made sure I was helped right away when I walked into the salon and offered me refreshing beverages. The salon itself was very clean and relaxing environment. I love how sammie did my nails, I will most definitely come back as my regular nail salon. read more

I've been here a few times and I've always had a great pedicure but I for some reason always had to wait when clearly there are available nail technicians sitting idled. Maybe it's just me noting too much. Sometime I would get a person that talks to me and sometimes they don't. I feel like they are always nice and more pleasant when I get the more expensive service. I have been going here for the past four months for SNS nails and pedicures. I always request Nancy for my nails because she does an amazing job, and I like to know that I will be happy with my results. My favorite thing aside from Nancy is that they will do your nails and pedicure at the same time saving me an hour. I like to get in and out, so I make an appointment, and they typically get both done in about an hour AND my nails last 3-4 weeks! The salon is very clean and modern with lots of space. read more

I went to this salon when it first opened it and loved it. Went back a few days ago and unfortunately things have changed. A few employees were working on customers so I waited at counter. Two or three of them walked right by me but didn't say a word or even look at me. After unpacking for the past week and my 36th wedding anniversary tomorrow I went in to have my nails done. I had a basic manicure and polish done and loved it. The place is clean the staff is friendly and the gentleman that did my nails did a great job. The hand and lower arm massage they do, was so relaxing and felt great. I thought I'd give them a try for a pedicure, and what a disappointment. The place only had a few customers in it and there were several young techs just sitting in spa chairs on their phones. When they seated me in one of the spa chairs near these young men, the host then apparently told them it was time to get up and take care of a customer. Much arguing then ensued in a different language, but it was clear to me that the chosen tech was not happy at all. That's not a great way to start off a pedicure knowing that the tech did not want to do the job. I should have taken that as my sign and left right then. I was never shown a menu or asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. Several times during the pedicure he apologized for not being able to do something properly like completely remove all the existing polish. This apologizing for his incompetence went on a few more times. It was just a regular pedicure with regular polish, nothing unusual, complicated, or fancy. After painting the nails he went and sat two chairs over from me on went back to his phone. I sat there about 10 mins and let my toenails dry. He never came over to check if they were dry, and never even put my flipflops back on my feet for me. I had to take out the toe separators on my own hoping to not spoil the polish while he sat there, aware but not helping. I would never go there again and would encourage anyone reading this to go somewhere else. read more
