I paid him $160/mo and he shows up for 10 mins tops to skim and sometimes brushes, that's it. I've checked the chemical levels a day after he services the pool and on numerous occasions there is no chlorine and the other chemicals are out of balance. In fact, in order to have the pool look half way decent, I've been the one to add chemicals throughout the week. He dismisses it by saying I have a difficult pool. He calls himself a professional and says he's been doing it for many years, yet he can't give any guidance on how to fix things and maintain a clean pool. My wife called the office to make a complaint and Tim was extremely rude to her. He yelled at her and was condescending. This is unacceptable behavior and anything but professional. You do not talk to your clients this way, it is completely disrespectful. If you are considering Quality Pool Care, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Extremely poor communication and zero accountability. I would not recommend this company. Never had a final in person walk through with project manager or company manager, for such a size project for homeowners. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I will not recommend Premier Pools & Spas. You also never mentioned to me, prior to excavation or even before I accepted the project proposal, that I needed to hire a plumber to handle or standby for possible gas or water line issues. What was communicated to me was that your team was aware there could be unknown lines and that caution would be used during excavation.
