    I would like to give this salon a good review as they are good with haircuts, and Phillip did great with my one daughter's hair, but unfortunately, because of them not listening and the hairstylist Shannon completely ignoring what I told her in complete and total detail I have to give this salon a one star for utterly disappointing us. When we met with Shannon, it was like everything was rushed. She scheduled us at the end of the day when clearly they didn't want to do any kind of extra above and beyond customer service and so it wasn't even an option for my daughter to have her hair blow dried because she looked at it and said that "would take her too long " so already not very happy about that. I explained to her that I want my daughter to have a very big AHA blonde highlighted hair look with tons of blonde and I wanted them to be pretty big so you could be able to tell because her hair was wavy. She agreed and said they would have to be very big so you could tell I stated this several times in detail that I wanted to be able to tell and that we wanted it to be very, very obvious what we did. Fast-forward to the end of the service that was completely rushed. Her hair was soaking wet when we left because she didn't want to take the time to blow dry it completely or do any type of styling because they were closing, and then she asked me if there was any concerns when she was done, which I then stated yeah of course you can't tell anything was done, which is exactly what we told you we didn't want to happen in the first place. She then scheduled her for a touchup of color for the next weekend when we had availability, but that is honestly not good enough at this point , we were charged for the service that I didn't even feel like I received which is absolutely crazy. If she was not confident in textured hair, she should've never took the appointment because I explained this when I called to set the appointment, also if she was not up the task of doing thicker highlights. She should've also stated that before we started! She wasn't rude or she wasn't mean but completely not listening to what we said that we wanted and I speak in detail so there was no room for error ;she simply did not want to do the work, Which is fine, but then have a different stylist take the job if it is too big for you. I would come here again to visit Phillip, but Shannon completely lost my trust and confidence that she can even do the job that was asked of her because clearly I shouldn't be coming back for her to fix something she should've done in the first place. She also said once it dries, we'll be able to tell more. I can insert pictures of when my daughter came in of her hair and now when it's dry, there is absolutely nowhere near the difference we requested and for the price that is insane!

    I feel bad writing this because my stylist was very nice but this is the worst haircut I have ever had. I wanted some length taken off and a full highlight. My hair is fried. It was coming off in chunks on the brush (I was panicking inside). There was nothing I could do at that point. I have only had my hair done 2 other times in 18 months so it wasn't due to over processing on my part. I have very thick hair and I could tell the cut was rushed. I left with damp hair that I couldn't run my fingers through. There's not a lot a salon owner can do to make it right. I am too embarrassed to go back. I was too embarrassed to say anything. On top of it being fried it's splotchy and the foils bled. Now I'm left trying to decide to cut even more inches off or try and have someone fix my roots or just wear a lot of hats. ‍

    Roots galore didn't even get covered. No response from salon so I'm gonna got spend another $175 at another salon. Not happy

    Went to get my hair done her. Full highlights and a cut. Paid $175. When I got home my boyfriend told me it looked like they didn't even get my roots at all and took a pic to show me. Had an appt scheduled to get it fixed. Ok fine- let me waste another 2.5 hours of my life in the salon chair. Then the receptionist called me to inform me that stylist was sick and they didn't know when she was coming back. Tried to reschedule and the problem is that I'm out of town most of September. We got an appt scheduled thru another phone after they let me know the stylist was no longer with the salon but when I told her I'm not paying more and it's a correction she said she would call me back. Haven't heard shit but crickets over here and I'm out $175 with some busted up hair and grown out roots

    I am back and very satisfied afterwards! Let me explain~ 1. The environment: Clean as per usual :) 2. The wait: None. Cayla definitely planned ahead and actually had me come in earlier. Noice. I got lucky. I had an appointment also FYI :) 3. The staff: very friendly! I was definitely greeted pleasantly :D. I may have been talking too much when I was getting the cut but I couldn't help it lol. That was awesome. 4. The cut: I brought the picture I wanted to mimic as close as possible, got the consult/advice/expectations from Cayla, and at the end. Perf. Haha. (I honestly did my own research prior to coming in to make sure that my expectations were fair then came in open minded) Verdict. I am still blown away like last time. My cut came back great and I had fun in the process. I'll be back again most likely since this is only the first phase from getting that silver / grey highlight :)

    Well she did it again! Katie is an amazing stylist!! I had blonde for almost 2 years, and finally decided to go darker and ashyer....and we were able to accomplish that and kept my hair healthy! Katie was so patient with me and gave me the best advise for my hair! Thanks Katie!!

    This place is a HARD NO.... They don't stand behind their products or their stylists . I went in there yesterday AND Nate did my hair and it was my first time at the salon and a HUGE mistake on my part . I told him do not put any brassy or red in my hair so as he was putting the color in my hair I said, "wait a minute that looks reddish" and he kinda of snapped back at me and said "that's not red". It sure as heck turned out red on my hair. In fact my hair has never looked worse than it does now. I also bought some of their products they're so called all natural products and I used them last night to see if it would help get some of the red out of my hair and it did not but it did make me break out in a rash and I was highly allergic to the stuff in their shampoo, cream rinse and styling serum so the manager/owner who I just found out through the grapevine is NATE , he would not let me return it. I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone else .... Horrible ownership and customer service . Also Nate needs to learn to listen to his clients !! I do NOT recommend "swank" TERRIBLE !!!!! They said I yelled and cussed out the girl on the phone which is laughable. I never cussed at anyone and it's obvious it's just their way of not having to try to fix my hair or to give me a refund for their products. I saw no sign that says nonrefundable nor did Nate tell me that when I was purchasing them but then they told me to read their salons policy like who does that before they go get their hair done to read the pages of a salon policy . I sure regret ever stepping foot in this place . What a joke . I also REALLY regret giving nate a $25 tip. It was on my way home when I had my sunroof open that I could see the red in my hair and I was literally in tears. What kind of company would do this to anybody instead of trying to make it right. No company that I've ever been to . Nobody with integrity would do this such a thing and what they've put me through is very wrong at every angle. Below is my REDISH hair which I've NEVER HAD OR ASKED FOR !

Not all of the nails were corrected, and there was still dried polish left on my hands when I left. What made it worse was how uncomfortable I felt while I was there. It seemed like staff were talking about me, and one employee even walked to the front, looked me up and down, and acted as if I had already left while I was still waiting for my ride. When it was time to pay, the technician stood on my side of the register while I was tipping, which felt very awkward and pressured. I never leave reviews. This is actually the first review I've ever written, and I had to create an account just to post this. I truly do not recommend this place and hope no one else has to waste their money the way I did.
