First of all, after 3 months of no call from the manager of the store and my mother calling and coming to the store over six times to inquire about the status of a ring that was to be repaired, the manager insinuates that someone picked up the ring already. False. No one ever called. No one picked up the ring.
The manager said she has no idea where it is and would give a comparable ring. Then asks her to pay the difference, mind you after she's gone back and forth how many times. This is when she says that someone picked up the ring with the receipt. This also when she says that someone else came in and signed for it and gave their id... Oh by the way they did not take a copy of the id, despite the fact that they require the original receipt and id of the person picking it up.
Interesting my mom has the original receipt in her desk at work. So basically what I am saying is that this manager, who clearly is doing something shady at this store (signing for the ring but never calling the customer, oh yeah customer service named the manager as who received it two weeks after it was dropped off) and is completely unqualified as an assistant, is so wrong and lying like a rug. Big mistake. Get an education. We are filing a complaint with the better business bureau and the corporate office.
Guess what Lisa T, the customer is always right. And your wrong and so says your corporate office.
