Don't read on if you dislike long reviews; just remember this: If you need anything ask for Janina, she is there from Sundays-Thursdays. My sister had purchased so many charms and bracelets, one for each of us (there are 4 of us) and we wanted to get it clean so we headed to Pandora. It was so busy today, December 28. This is most likely due to the promotion of buying 125$ and getting a free charm. To be helped, we had to put our name down on a wait list and we were assigned to a worker named Rebecca. She looked so unhappy to be there, I felt uncomfortable being there as well. We also had a butterfly charm that was damaged so they replaced that free of charge. It was quoted for a 3 hour cleaning wait for our bracelets, okay that was perfectly fine with my sister and I but when we came back after our 3 hours, our bracelets were mishandled and cleaned improperly so Janina had to hand polish it for us. She explained the process of cleaning and had told us that those who sold us the bracelets and charm were incompetent as they did not explain Pandora's care and usage policy to us. They were so busy and the assistant manager and others kept telling Janina to hurry up but she took her time to polish all our bracelets and our eleven charms. She even mentioned that we should purchase a polish cloth which we will in the future. Pandora's employees also messed up in cleaning our bracelet as they forgot to change the solution and finish rinsing it off with warm water so one of my silver bracelets stayed super dark which they did replace in the end as it was their fault for being incompetent. It really irked me that I waited 3 hours for cleaning but still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for additional cleaning -- though Janina did not fail to keep me entertained for the other 30 minutes. All in all: Boo to those who failed cleaning my bracelets and charms and the first employee to "help" us and YAY to Janina. The next time I come back for cleaning and charm purchasing, I am definitely going to request for her. However, let me run through my experience first. Today is the day after Christmas, so I understand that the store would be slightly busy. However, there was no greet at the door, and after wandering throughout the store for about 5 minutes, no one even offered to help us. We stood by a display, where there was an employee helping a customer. She didn't even bother to say hello, or tell us to wait a minute or anything. We saw some customers leave, and saw them upset too. We ended up walking over to an employee (an older lady, who looked like she was the manager) to ask for help, and she said to us, "I think there's a list that you have to put your name on." Okay, first of all, YOU THINK?! There's a sea of people in the store, and "YOU THINK" there's a waiting list? For an employee who wasn't doing anything, just standing at the display counter, you didn't even know what was going on? For real now? So we mosey our way to the 'gentleman,' previously named above as "Luis," to put our name on this heavenly list. Two other customers had arrived before we had, and had their names put on the list - one of who was "Joe." Luis asked me for my name, to which I said, "Shar-" (yes, because I was interrupted). *dundunDUNdun* The older lady who told us to put our names on the list had came over and said something to Luis, to which he followed her approximately 5 feet to another display...without excusing himself from our brief conversation, without putting my name on that list, and without coming back to ask if we had been taken care of. I watched him, pretty much in disbelief, for the next minute or two, to see if he would come back. He didn't. I walk over, at this point I'm already upset that he walked away in the middle of me giving him my name, and I scope his name tag for his name - Luis. Then I ask him, "So uh, did you even put my name on that list?" He tries to save himself, while flipping to the second page of that list, and I see "Joe" as the last person who he wrote down (oh big surprise), and he asks, "What was your name again?" I tell him, "Sharon," and he rudely asks, "How do you spell that?" I spell it out, and go wait on the side. Okay...? I don't care WHAT I look like. You don't discriminate based on my race, or my age. I had a question about the bracelet I had received as a gift, and today was my first day stepping into this Pandora store, and I already don't feel like going back, ever. Way to build the brand - with lack of customer service. Like I said, I understand that you'd be busy the day after Christmas, but that is NOT at all an excuse to treat your customers like complete $h!T. We ended up leaving the store, NOT getting something that we had planned to, and NOT getting my questions answered. I hope that my next visit will be a lot more pleasant, because otherwise, I don't think I will be keeping the gift I received (I'll have it returned), because I would hate to think about what crappy experiences I had with Pandora, every time I see my wrist. read more

1/5 Extremely slow service, 3 members of staff that were walking about end to end in the store (doing random tasks for the customer they are serving) with no urgency while more and more customers were building up and even walking out. We knew exactly what we wanted and were stood waiting 45 minutes to be served. The young man working was serving the same customer throughout this entire period, and much more interested in conversation than moving on to other customers. This is the 2nd time i stepped into a Pandora store. The first was overseas to make my initial purchase and since im hooked can you tell? I brought on 09.06.15 and im already back for more! Initially i had the intension to only come and exchange a bracelet i brought because its for a friend as a gift and didnt know of sizing since i just been converted to being a fan about 2 weeks ago (now im going to convert her and her daughter as well). When i first came in the guard took down my name to be on waiting list so i can be seen by a sales associate. It was pretty busy there because they have a promotion going on. I probably waited about half an hour before being seen but its okay, it gave me time to look through all the products and have an excuse to come the next time around. Michael was the sales associate who helped me. He was very patience in helping me until i was satisfied. I told him from start i came to exchange a bracelet because it might be the wrong size and he asked the manager. She was very nice and didn't give me a hard time at all because i initially brought it overseas (Singapore). I thought i was gonna have a really hard time getting it exchanged i even brought the receipt to prove it. She said its not even a problem and told me not to worry about the receipt before i even took it out in case they want to see it. I asked her what size she wears since i am very petite and needed a bigger wrist to try and see. She told me she used to wear 19cm then came loose on her hand and she now wears 18cm (the one i originally got) but Michael knew i wouldn't rest easy until i saw the 19cm on someone bigger wrist than myself and she tried it on without hassle. She said if my friend doesnt fit the size and can change it as long as it is not worn. I decided to keep the one i brought. I decided since im here and they have the promotion (purchases over $100 get a free charm) i am going to take advantage. I needed to get safety chains (already got one for my 6yr old daughter as well) and also a necklace since my mom wants one to wear casually (shhhh.... don't let her know its a surprise. it's also an excuse for me to come back to buy her a pendant to go along with necklace for next time when they have another promo and get another freebie.... oooh i cant wait already... already obsessing over my next purchase! ) In place i got a charm valued up to $65 or if you buy something of more vlaue (ex: $70) you just pay the difference ($5). His opinions on which charms would best compliment my bracelet were very helpful. The experience did not feel rushed at all. It was on November 27, 2015 when I went with my friend Pandora to spend equally the same amount to get the limited edition dainty bangle. Our plan was that my friend would get one bracelet and one charm and I would pay the rest of the money to make it $125. We were assisted by the salesperson named Mark Anthony. We told him our situation and he took out the limited edition 19cm one and had it tried on. Unfortunately, it didn't fit the both of us due to the fact that our wrists are thin. He tried solving our situation by telling us to come back on Monday or try Sunday because the 17cm one was apparently arriving on one of those days. I was surprised because I thought to myself, "Wow, this is some good service pandora is providing me because I get an estimated time of the bangle delivery time so I don't have to travel back and forth to know when it'll come". I was a bit alarmed because he kept telling me not to say a word to the other workers in the store which I'm not sure why. However, I spoke too soon. I came back on the following Monday with my friend and we were disappointed that it didn't arrive. We told him that we wouldn't be able to buy it because the deal ends that Monday. He came up with the plan that we can buy the 19cm that they have in stores and when the 17cm one comes, we would come back and have it exchanged. My friend and I thought for a bit and decided to take the risk. He took out the bangle bracelet that my friend wanted and she picked out this spacer from the catalog. However, since she was sort of new to pandora, she wasn't sure the difference between a charm and a spacer. She asked Mark the difference and he kindly explained it, but right when he explained it, he was trying to convince her in getting the spacer because she changed her mind. He said that he gets commission from it and I thought how unprofessional that was. After a while, my friend decided to not get the bangle because she felt that it wasn't clean, probably due to the fact that it didn't look clean at all. We were going to leave the store until Mark said that he was willing to offer his employee discount which was 75% off. My friend and I were surprised because it's our first time coming across someone who is willing to offer a big discount. He said that if I buy the bangle now and come back another day for the charms, he'd offer me the charms for 75% off. I was hesitating whether I should get it or not because the price of using the 75% off is just an extra $10 from what I was originally be paying with my friend. So there goes my $65. The following week or two, I went back for at least four times trying to look for him in the store so I can purchase my charms but it was either his boss was there so he couldn't offer me the discount or he wasn't even at work. He wasn't there until December 8, 2015 and he attempted to push me to buy the charms I wanted. He told me that I would buy the charms today with the original price and come back again when his boss isn't around so he can refund me the money. I started getting a bit suspicious because I've been in that store for numerous times and it was always the "My boss is here" excuse he'd tell me. I guess I wanted something for my bracelet so I stupidly agreed. When I got home, I kept thinking to myself the pros in getting the charms but all that was in my head was the pictures of what happened in the store and how I felt like I was under pressure in purchasing the charms and the bracelet. I believe it was a week later where I had time to go back to see if his boss was still there. Nope, he wasn't even there so I gave up and returned one of the charm. I was delayed in the refunding process because during the paying process, the worker entered a charm number that was different from the charm I was paying for and they didn't really believe that they made the mistake and kept asking me where the charm that was entered wrong was. The charm I wanted to return was Primrose and the receipt had Shooting Star instead of Primrose. Because of all this hassle along with the uncomfortable feeling that I was being pressured to buying the jewelries and I believed that Mark Anthony shouldn't get the commission from my order, I asked my friend if he could return everything I bought. At first they wouldn't let my friend return it because both the receipt had two different names on it, but that was because Mark took the bracelet from the shelves underneath and took it straight to the cash register counter with no slip with my name on it so whoever was before me had their name in the system. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this pandora ever again because of the service I was provided with. read more

They have this really stupid policy where you have to get your name signed in with the guy in the front first before you can actually step inside the store and look. It wouldn't bother me as much if he wasn't so rude. My first visit there, I wasn't planning on getting anything, I just wanted to look around first but I couldn't get past him unless I put my name down. He repeated to me 3 times like I was dumb, no one is going to help you unless I have your name down. And I told him "I'm just here to look, I don't know if I'm getting anything." He repeated to me again the same thing and at this point I got annoyed and was just like I don't need help and he very rudely replied ok whatever you want. Not the kind of service I expect from a store like this. The staff who helped me both times I came were very unenthusiastic, not much emotions or friendly at all. The cashier however, was very nice and helpful when I checked out. Different people with different levels of customer service in this store, really need to make it more consisitent. And to the bracelet and charms itself, definitely overpriced, but very cute. You wear it for the name not really for the quality. The clasps are VERY hard to take off with one hand, more made for someone else to help you. Taking it off by yourself is a struggle (so is putting it on), so I sometimes don't take it off while showering and I already see signs of rust. read more

She just told me about the charms and waited for me to decide if I wanted it or not. I wanted to have my bracelet cleaned, so she told me it was going to take 20 minutes. I went here looking for a birthday gift and was completely ignored. Rudest customer service I've ever encountered.

TLDR: Avoid associate named Susan at all costs. This rating is only for the employee named Susan, old blonde with blue eyes. When I walked in, she was standing in the front but didn't bother to greet me or ask if I needed assistance, just completely ignored me. I stood around waiting for someone then ended up going up to her because there was no other free associate. I told her I wanted to return some of the items I got during their buy 3 get 50% off sale. She was fine up until I told her it was from the promotion, and then she kept saying she didn't know how to do it and made so many excuses. I've done a return/exchange from the promotion at this same location but with a different person helping. She claimed the only way for me to return the items is if I pay full price for the items I kept, because she didn't know how to make the return, even though one of the associates that helped me with my return last time was there. I asked if I can make an exchange for the same value instead since that's what I did last time, or ask the other associate to help me instead, but she refused to let me exchange and went to ask 3 people how to do the return. They explained to her how to do it, but she was still adament that I had to pay the difference, when I told her which person helped me last time, she loudly interrupted me saying "I KNOW". I was willing to show her the receipt from my return last time to show her they refunded me exactly what I paid for each items. Thats when her attitude got worse, she continued to claim she didn't know how to give me back a full refund when 3 other associates showed her how to make the return. By that time I was upset and stayed quiet after she won't listen to what I'm saying, she then loudly says "What?" so again I ask her to try to speak to the other associate when she exclaims "YOU owe ME the difference, and I'm taking it off your returns!" I was appalled, I never heard a Pandora employee speak to anyone like that. I later find out from a friend who had her terrible service as well, that she was one of the managers, makes me wonder how come a manager doesn't know to make promotion returns but her employees know, and how can she speak so rudely to customers. Another irking point, my receipt was on my email, the entire time she had my phone she kept dropping it on the counter loudly, after the 3rd time I just grabbed my phone and showed her the receipt myself and she still made my return a "No receipt return" when I clearly had it. First and foremost i always recommend the Pandora in Soho! My first time going to Pandora was at the 34th street herald square location and I hated it. The employees acted like they were annoyed to help customers & when one of my charms where defected they gave me so much trouble and offered to "fix" it and they did a bullshit job because it was still defected. I asked if I could've just exchanged the 70$ charm for the same charm and they said they were "not aloud" to which was bullshit too. I had enough of their lazy work & I went to the location in soho broadway and I LOVED the workers. They really make sure you leave satisfied with your purchase and love your bracelet 100%! I went there to exchange my charm and they did it in less than 5 minutes. They also exchanged my bracelet! Today I went in because the same charm that I had problems with and previously exchanged fell off and unfortunately was lost :(. I went to Pandora in soho again and explained my history with the charm and how much I tried to prevent the charm from getting lost. An associate even remembered me and they were so kind as to letting me pick out another charm (a different one since the charm I had was giving me too many problems) for around the same price that the charm I had lost was.
