On the positive side, the coaches/trainers are super nice, and the staff at the desk are polite, even if they are not too proactive or interactive.

The hot tub exterior walls were removed so it's all open to the pool area now (for safety). Inner walls were constructed so the hot tub isn't part of the locker room/ shower area anymore. Bathing suit is required for the hot tubs. No more towels, you have to bring your own. The gym is more stripped down and basic feeling since the Y took over. No more broken water fountains, clogged sinks, gross showers. A lot less tvs on the cardio floor. The best thing about this Y is the open space. It never feels crowded anymore. I recently went to Paoli and their cardio floor is so packed and tight. Indoor track is still amazing as the 90s. 5 laps is a mile, it's the biggest indoor track I've ever seen. No one looks where they are going. That is my biggest annoyance. Teens walking with their faces buried in their phones.

The guy who runs it is disrespectful and uses his "power" to control anyone and anything. The prices are ridiculous and he takes the money and then tells people they can't play AFTER HE TOOK THEIR MONEY and refuses any refunds. He is padding his pockets for vacation instead of fixing the place up. It used to be a great place but has gone downhill fast over the past year.

Told me the directions were on the website but there is 2 places of directions and where I looked, it did not say it was a catering hall. GPS doesn't give you good directions either. Next day he emailed me basically telling me we were not welcomed back. I didn't throw a fit, my kid even played and had a great time. When I asked for clarity that he was saying we are not welcomed, he never responded to my email. Its a bit ridiculous to do that to a child all because their mother suggested a sign to help find the place? Don't go here. Plus there is a older gentleman who constantly yells SHHHH the ENTIRE time anyone speaks at all. I can't get over how emotionally immature someone had to be to email me that and not say it to my face and also it wasn't even a good reason? I was reasonably frustrated, I didn't scream or yell at anyone. Just stated it. Grow up.
