Located in the eastern parklands west of Wakefield Road, the Sweat Course is a shaded circuit of six exercise stations: pull ups, log lifts, hurdles, sit ups, bar dips and step ups. A survivor from a bygone era before Yoga Booty Ballet, Jazzercise, Pole Dancing Aerobics, Butt-Sweat Bikram and Swiss Balls became popularised. Forgotten, which is fine, because it's not like a bunch of wood and bars are high maintenance. Actually, it's preferable as you're likely to have the track to yourself.
The choice of workouts and the muscly 80s cartoon men depicted on the signage give the Sweat Track old school flavour.
