The first time I came here, I was interested in what David has to offer b/c after receiving a letter from the IRS, it feels intimidating and I wanted to be sure to take the RIGHT steps to handle this case correctly. Before coming to Infinity, I read the notice from the IRS thoroughly to be well-aware of my situation and what I can do to fix it. I was told David just started the business and that he could help me with my tax situation when I was well aware I could have taken the steps myself by following the SAME instructions that was listed on my IRS notice. But here I am, helping him market his business. Throughout the times I was scheduled to meet with him, at some meetings I had to give him some papers and some meetings he just spoke in circles. He never once discussed HOW MUCH each step was going to be or if I wanted to proceed with them. Instead, at our LAST meeting, closing up on my tax case, he tells me the fees and changed the price a few times infront of me which makes me feel very uneasy, and it was a grand total of $500. Oh! And then he'll seal up the paperwork and place it in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope and have you pay for the shipping rate and drop it off at your nearest post office....... My dad had a similar case as me and all my brother had to do was call the IRS line and they'll guide you through the process, FOR FREE!
