Briefly described problem and was asked what area I was in and when advised they told I could get someone closer. I mentioned I called due to reviews etc. and he then asked me for more detail. Afterward he advised what he thought it could be and said he would call me back later that day. that was 5 days ago. After researching it appears the owners that had all the good reviews and had been in business so long had sold out so that probably explains the lack of service or desire to work.

He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough.
