He offered several options which included differing costs and did not push me to choose which plan. He explained the pros and cons of each one. I experienced minimal pain and greatly appreciated their approach to prepping for treatment to keep the procedure as safe as possible. This included a special mouthwash and antibiotic to make sure I didn't get any type of infection. The office staff was spot-on too from check in to check out and coordination of follow-up visits. I can't recommend Dr. Cyr and his staff enough!

After getting my first real job and getting the benefits and funds to (finally) take care of myself. The one thing I wanted to get done ASAP was removing my wisdom teeth. All 4 of mine had grown in, luckily straight up, and didn't cause me to get them out sooner than expected. I was referred to this location and from what I remember, was an easy process. I made the appointment, went to it and told them what I wanted. They gave me the process/plan/billing of what it would be to get that procedure done. I remember meeting Dr. Harris and just saying "Please get these extra teeth out of my mouth. I have too many and I want them out!" haha. The front desk staffs were super friendly and helpful with any questions that I may have had. Day of surgery: My boyfriend (now hubby) was the driver who got me there and home after the surgery. When I got there, I signed my forms, and was brought to the back. They gave me some medicine that knocked me out and then woke me up when it was all over. I seriously thought it was maybe 30 mins or an hour. My husband still to this day told me that it was no more than 10-15 mins. He said he was just getting cozy on the waiting chair and just got mid-page of an article until they call him back to come "Pick me up". I "supposedly" kept telling the staff and Dr. Harris "Thank you" while they were doing the finishing process and got me into the car. No more than the weekend, my mouth healed great. It was so crazy feeling those crazy holes of the missing teeth in my mouth. At the follow up, Dr. Harris checked my mouth/gums...everything looked good. I couldn't help but ask if I could give him a hug. He really helped me out with the removal of my wisdom teeth and I highly recommend him to those who wish to get their wisdom teeth out! The service and facilities are very nice, but be…read moreready for low ball/inaccurate quotes for extra services where you're stuck with hundreds of dollars of uncovered service fees. This has happened multiple times to my family where RRD presents a quote that shows after insurance out-of-pocket fees for proposed services. Each time I have agreed to proceed based on those quotes and paid for the quote balance before leaving their office. Next thing I know I receive invoices for fees still due after insurance payments that are very significant. I have met with their billing/treatment coordinator and was told that they do not normally contact insurance companies for establishing customer quotes, but use a general database, although they present "insurance pays" amounts in the quotes. As a note, I did sign each quote that states that I will pay balances not paid by the insurance company, but I assumed quotes would be accurate or at least in the general ballpark. In the future RRD staff has agreed to actually coordinate with my insurance company to provide an accurate quote (this is not standard policy, so you have to ask for it), but I will not be going back. I feel ripped off. FYI, my insurance company is a major insurer.

He was referred by a dentist friend (hey Dr. Stafford!) and while it was definitely a painful process I know I chose the right oral surgeon to go through it with. Dr. Herrera's staff is friendly and answered all of my questions. Maria is amazing at the front desk and Ashley is AWESOME in billing. Dr. H is one of those people that immediately makes you feel comfortable-even as he's explaining how he will be chipping large portions of bone out of your mouth. While not at all painless I've had the best experience with the entire staff here-from the front office to all of the surgical assistants. Dr. H even gives you his cell phone number, and is super accessible when you have questions. My husband will be coming back in to have his wisdom teeth removed-thank you!

Worst dental facility I have ever been to. They further lie to you about "If your teeth don't fit, we will make them over and over until they do fit". Do NOT go there.
