They charged her 30 dollars extra to clean a spot that needed extra attention. The guy didn't even put effort in to clean the spot in the living room, you can still see the spot the same as it was before he came out. The carpet after he left was so wet you could see puddles from your foot prints. They also advertise an offer of 10% off for seniors and he did not give her this even when she asked about it while he was writing up the invoice with her. Worst of all he opened her refrigerator without asking and tried to take a canned drink for himself and when my grandma said something about it and told him to get out of there he said "I need something to drink" and was rude about her not having a beverage for him after she offered him a glass of water and he said no to it. Absolutely awful experience and do not recommend giving this company any of your hard earned money.

I know this was made for Friday because when I was on the phone making the appointment I remember them repeating back Thursday, saying "you mean Friday, right?" and them agreeing. I also told them we have 4 rooms to do and buy their 5 room package (one of our rooms is ~400 sq ft, and they cap a "room" as being 200 sq feet max, so that one counts as two). I mention we have a hallway connecting the rooms and they say they'll go ahead and do that too (two of our rooms are ~100 sq ft). I get called Wednesday and am told they'll be out on Thursday. I again say it was for Friday and am told they aren't available Friday. I'm not happy but agree since I just want to get this done. I get another call Thursday morning asking if we can move the appointment up to be sooner. We call back and leave a message saying we can do it after noon. I get called again an hour later and confirm we can do it between noon and 1pm. I'm told the cleaner will call ahead with the time they'll arrive. I get a call at 12:10pm from the cleaner asking me why I'm not home and that they've been waiting at my house for 10 minutes. There was no call telling me they were on their way or that they were going to arrive right at noon so I was running an errand. They sound very frustrated as though this was my fault for wasting their time. We have pets, and one of the main reasons for this cleaning to to take out pet and urine smells. Their website says they will deodorize your carpets and they list pet odor and urine stain removal as part of their service. When I arrive I find out the treatment for urine is an additional $0.36 sq. ft, which more than doubles the cost of the service. They do not list this or price this anywhere on their website, so I guess you only find out when they're already at your house. On top of that they charge an additional $15 for the hallway that I'd been told they'd just take care of, and the cleaner acts annoyed that I'm asking and trying to understand why the service has doubled in cost. They do pet odor and urine stain removal, but urine odor costs double, something that was mentioned by nobody and is not on their website anywhere. Their website explicitly states they have no extra or hidden fees. Not my experience. I received a call a few hours after asking how things went. The moment I started telling them the issues I had their tone changed and they couldn't get off the call fast enough. I would not recommend this company.

They are highly professional, and our windows now look like new -- no small feat, considering we hadn't had the second-story windows cleaned in quite a while. From start to finish, their communication was prompt and clear, and they arrived right on time. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the complexity of our windows, which feature upper grills both inside and out. We are already planning to reach out to them again in the spring for another round of cleaning. I had an HVAC guy from a reliable referral whom was quick at what he did, but did not seem to go the extra mile. I saw a Groupon online and thought, what the heck, I need my AC Unit checked for the summer. I quickly set an appointment and that was that. During this time, my furnace stopped working. I called BZ on a Saturday morning expecting to get a voicemail only to have my call taken! Brad was empathetic and said he could move my appointment up so that could be taken care of. Brad did everything he said he would do on the Groupon and more! While my last HVAC guy never bothered to inspect why the hot/cold air distribution in the home was so uneven despite pleading with him to make it better, Brad found where the dampers were closed and jammed and worked hard to free them allowing for a more even flow! I seriously cannot emphasize how happy I am about this. Thanks a million Brad! You've exceeded my expectations and you certainly have earned the spot as my new HVAC rockstar! It's certainly nice to meet someone who enjoys taking pride in exceptional workmanship and service!

We had BZ's Comfort Air clean out our air ducts prior to purchasing our new home because Groupon…read moresaid it was on the up and up. They did a great job (initially). Communication was great. They even suggested recharging the air conditioning in our new home for a fee while they were at it, so we did of course. Like anything else, homes need maintenance and we found out our A/C went bad shortly after. Time for a new one. BZ's was there to help! Here's where things went bad...at the time of the AC install, Brad tells us that the rebate process can be a real pain in the butt. We kind of thought that was odd. Keep in mind we just paid them almost $3,000...this was August of 2016...at the time we didn't care about a rebate. We just wanted to have A/C in our new home. Didn't even think about it. No big deal. Well, a year has now passed. We still haven't received our rebate from Excel thanks to BZ's Comfort Air. We've probably called him 4x in the last 12 months. Not a single returned call. Excel Energy is holding our $400 rebate because Brad couldn't answer a simple question on the appropriate form. They won't allow another contractor to resolve the issue either. In the big picture it's not really about $400...it's about having integrity. If you're going to hire somebody...do you really want someone who's only going to return your calls when it benefits THEM? I'm not even sure I'd get a phone call returned if our air broke down at this point. If you're only looking for upfront work...I guess I would suggest using BZ's Comfort Air. If you're looking for follow up/maintenance work...I can't say I'd say the same. Haven't had a phone call returned since writing the $3,000 check.
