When I arrived, I had my two-year-old with me in a stroller. She was calm, quiet, and watching a movie completely unbothering anyone. The salon itself was nearly empty, with only one other client present. Instead of being welcomed, I was immediately met with a very cold and judgmental attitude from the front desk. I was looked up and down, along with my stroller, and told in a very rude and inflexible manner that children were not allowed and that I would either need to leave or reschedule. As a mother, it is not always easy to find time for self-care, and I made the effort to come in for this appointment. The lack of empathy or basic courtesy was honestly shocking. There was zero attempt to accommodate, problem-solve, or even speak kindly. To make matters worse, I was charged $75 (50% of the service) simply for having to leave despite the fact that the situation could have been handled with basic human decency and flexibility. I do want to note that Desi, the hairstylist, did try to be kind while witnessing the way I was being treated, and I appreciate that. I understand this situation was not her fault. However, the overall customer service and experience are a direct reflection of the business she represents. This was the first time I've ever experienced something like this at a salon. I left feeling embarrassed, dismissed, and frankly, discriminated against for being a mother. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this salon especially to other moms. There are plenty of places that treat clients with respect, kindness, and understanding. This was not one of them.

Meiling was quick to diagnose I needed a nice ash medium brown to tone everything down and add some shine while at it. She did it so quickly and efficiently I kind of doubled on how well it would turn out but I was so stupid for questioning her godliness! Once my hair was washed and blow-dried, it was the awesome dark medium hue I've been fighting to achieve for the past 1.5 years. AND it had nice shine to it. When I met Zondra, I had very dry, straight, box-colored hair with lots of grays growing in. She is a great listener, was receptive to what I expressed I wanted, and we worked together to come up with a beautiful plan for balayage (first time I've ever done anything beyond a single color to my hair). She took care of my color and cut in exactly 3 hours, which was 2 hours shorter than the original quoted time. Such a relief!! She guided me in selecting the appropriate hair products to bring my hair back to health. Zondra was kind, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and a pleasure to have work on my hair. She is the first stylist whose post-hair appt advice I am fully following. I will definitely be back to maintain the balayage or try something new!

The person who answered the phone was very cheerful and was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly. When I walked in to this location, I was greeted by the front desk associate. She was very friendly and it made me feel valued and welcomed. She told me that my stylist wasn't there yet, but would be with me as soon as she arrived. My stylist, Sarah, arrived a few moments later and warmly greeted me. I followed her back to her station, and we talked a little bit about what I was looking for. I showed her a photo I found on Pinterest, and she said she would be able to help me achieve the hairstyle I was looking for. I went in with hair a little longer than my shoulders, and left with a very cute pixie haircut! Sarah did a great job balancing conversation with efficiency in her service. I enjoyed how quickly yet thoroughly she was able to cut my hair. I received a wash, and she put curl cream in my hair when she was done. I appreciate the extra attention to detail she gave to my hair. I was very nervous going in, but I appreciate that she didn't hesitate to give me what I wanted. I got a young woman who had some really weird art on her nails, and she seemed to be very concerned about her nails when washing my hair. Not all of my hair was wet, the base of my scull was still dry. She combed it all straight and just cut along the bottom. Then she put a bunch of product in my hair and blow dried it, after that, she brushed it straight and trimmed it up again. I have had many haircuts and have not had layers in my hair and probably 20 years. But they did not start with cutting in layers on my hair. My son said it looked a little uneven in one spot in the back. You can see in the picture that on the right there is a little bit of a longer spot than the rest of it. The Salon reached out to me the same day. I posted this wishing to make it better and apologized. I do appreciate that, but I won't try it again.

The lift & the tone of my blond is an icy perfection previous stylists could never achieve with Redken's line (plus no harsh chemicals). The tone looks exactly the same as when I left the salon after 2 weeks of washes, and the foils were placed so beautifully. She technically did a color correction on a bad bleach job for me and I almost happy-cried when I put my glasses on and saw what she did. My mom and sister see her, too, and she has helped my mom keep her hair looking full and beautiful in the face of hormonal hair loss with good products and some wizard-level shaping/layering.
