I made an appointment just a few hours before I came in and didn't have to wait a second upon arrival. My nail tech made sure he got the shape, color, and design on my nails perfectly how I wanted it. And better yet, it was much cheaper than sloppy nails I've walked out of other places with. My experience at this nail salon was not the best. I came in with a design in mind, as did my…read moremother, and neither came out as expected. My design was one color on six out of the ten nails, another on the other four, and a snowflake on the four. The nail tech did not tell me she could not do designs very well, and instead tried to figure out how to put a sticker onto my nail...something I have never been offered in my fifteen years of getting my nails done. Also, it is a snowflake...and I am not picky. It could have simply been three intersecting lines and I would have been happy. I do respect that she tried to complete my request, but she couldn't get the stickers to work, after more than 10 minutes of trying. She then requested another nail technician take over and try - and this tech had 10 years of experience in doing nails. The result was not as expected - my left pinky finger looks like it has a white blob on it because of the nail tech rushing. This was not a difficult design, and I said multiple times that I was fine with a more simple design if that would be easier. As stated before, if it was communicated that the design was too complex for the skill level of the technician, I would not be as upset with my experience, but as is, it was horrible. My mother's experience was similar - with a nail technician telling my mother that she could definitely do the design requested and then was not great at the execution - a unique French tip. If you simply want color on your nails, this place was great - they spoke English very well and were mostly friendly, but if you want anything more complicated, you're in for a disappointment.

Came here to try a different place to get a pedicure and I was honestly very displeased!…read more -we arrived at 3:45 and was told it would be a ten minute wait, that is totally fine. We were getting a regular pedicure and a kids pedicure. We were sat at the pedicure chair with our feet soaking in water after, what we did not expect was to wait an additional 35 minutes just to get service. The lady came over to start our service and that is honestly where it went down hill. Then they asked what we abated and I mentioned again a kids pedicure and a regular pedicure. They asked what was the girls age and I said 10 years old. They proceeded to tell me that I couldn't get a kids pedicure because she was 10 but their policy is 10 years old AND younger. She went and asked several different people and would come back and tell me no but she finally said okay. After this they decided that instead of two individuals servicing us, we were given one lady to do both of our pedicures. So now my water that is no longer hot but lukewarm is going to be cold by the time my pedicure starts. So when my pedicure starts I ask for hot water because now my water is cold. Both pedicures were extremely rushed. My feet were not scrubbed of dead skin at all and they didn't polish my toes good, in addition they left like a residue on my feet instead of cleaning them up. It overall just was not a great experience. With starting after sitting in lukewarm water for 35 minutes we were both done by 5pm. That means she did both pedicures in 40 minutes and you can tell it was rushed. We also were not given the sandals to wear we have to go grab some to put on.

My appointment was at noon obviously on a busy weekend I know they're going to be a little bit behind which I was totally fine with waiting, but when you take me back 20 minutes late and then you finish in less than 30 minutes that's a problem.
